Best group games to play while waiting in long lines?

Headed to Disneyland with the family and expect to be spending a lot of time waiting in lines.

I'm specifically looking for something that does NOT involve dancing or ridiculously hard trivia. Games that can be played with one device would be a plus.

Recommend a good “infinite” play game without any artificial timers?

One example I can think of is one of the older versions of Bejeweled. It has a "zen" mode where you can keep swiping to match rows and columns, and it's only over when you quit the game - you never run out of moves.

Are there games that have something like this? I do not mind paying for the game.

    New 2018 iPad? Switch Competition?

    Posted: 01 Apr 2018 02:44 AM PDT

Looking at the price of the new iPad ($320) and how it's gonna be quite powerful (A10x chip)

And looking at the attention that iOS gaming has been getting with FN and PUBG and a few other games

What do you guys think are the arguments for choosing an iPad over a Nintendo Switch if someone is looking for a portable gaming solution?

    Looking For Waifus

    Posted: 01 Apr 2018 06:41 AM PDT

This is more of a joke then serious, although I will try it if given a serious answer.

I was curious, is there a game that focuses more on the romancing part of those ridiculous anime gatcha games? I enjoy a good gatcha game, but I was curious if there was one that was focused more on the romance aspect, if one that only focuses on that.

Any suggestions for “slower paced” games?

Looking for good 4x or (strategy) RPG games on mobile i can play for a short while at lunch breaks or between classes. I'm also fine with resource sims, but I'd prefer the two above

    What’s your favorite infinite runner?

JoinDispatch is not exactly what it seems.

When I first preordered this game I was excepting a fun free game for the community. That is not what I got. Instead I got a single level (not big at all) that was quite fun but after that told you to buy another mission for $.99. I imagine that going on and on you would have to purchase each individual mission which would be horrible. Also the game seems to push an extra storyline forward different from the separate missions which aren't related that makes you want to grab at the first mission and buy it.

Best football (soccer) management type games that aren't Football Manager?

Been having a look at Football Chairman, can't really find much judgement on it, anything else?

    Easter Sale?

    Posted: 31 Mar 2018 04:27 PM PDT

I saw another post or two regarding this but decided to make a new one since they were a few days old. What's the chance we get a sale tomorrow? Have there been Easter Sales traditionally for iOS? Looking to pick up Civ6 but really hoping for a sale. Thanks!

Fallout shelter is an incredible game and people need to talk more about it.

    Posted: 31 Mar 2018 02:31 PM PDT

Ok, so back when Fallout Shelter came out in 2015, I played a little, didn't think much of it.

3 days ago I started playing it again and man why a amazing game. There is so much micro management, humor. The new quest system is incredible and the best part is the loot system.

Oh man! The loot system is so good. I'm living every second of it and between darkest dungeon, FTL and fallout shelter I think I'm so good. Having a heck of a time.

Do you guys know any other game that is like the one I mentioned?

I made a text-based Survival mmorpg you may be interested in

    Posted: 31 Mar 2018 12:49 PM PDT

Hi All, you may be interested in Zapoco, text-based browser game I created. Set in a zombie apocalyptic setting where you can build and upgrade safehouses, train, scavenge, fight other players, trade and do a bunch of other cool stuff.

I built it to be fully browser based lets you play from any device with a web browser for free, no downloads or personal details required!

I've been working incredibly hard over the past few months on this, and am very proud of what I've been able to accomplish with it, and I hope for some of you to be able to play it and enjoy it as much as I enjoyed making it! I'll also gladly address any comments, questions, criticism, concerns, or anything else you may have (I apologize if this isn't allowed to be posted here, if it's not, feel free to remove it). Thank you.
