Not entirely sure whether this is a bug with 11.4 B1 or the YouTube app. But when scrubbing videos the screen turns entirely off. The phone isn't locked so pressing the power button on the side actually locks it, pressing it again brings me to the lock screen.

Tried to screen record it but the recording just cuts off when the screen turns off. Really strange issue, made me think my phone was broken for a sec.

Anyone else facing this issue on the latest YT app version?

Its seems like every time I try to update something on iOS 11, I get prompted "Unable to download apps" for most of the apps, and even those who do work are taking ages (100mbps Wi-Fi)

Anyone else having this issue?

Any of you guys getting a bug on YouTube where you're on full screen watching something then you switch to another app via app switcher then switch back then it suddenly dims on you while watching ?

[Question] [Discussion] Closing / force closing background applications

Hey fellow people in the reddit beta community testing for iOS 11.4, just wanted to ask you guys something Apple has said that it is not necessary to force close apps but at the same time I feel no difference in battery life or day to day use except , when I go into the battery settings it says my usage is much higher due to the applications still doing something like reindexing ; if I was to force close those apps I never get those . Apple has said to only close them if not responding . I feel like this is just leaking off battery . What devices are you guys running and do you swipe up force close apps ?
