My dad and uncle are now able to send texts from their androids, but only after they double clicked on their message and pressed "send as SMS". [link] [comments] | ||

Posted: 08 Jun 2022 10:25 PM PDT hey guys, i am going to thailand and indonesia for vacation for a month and all my logins have 2FA enabled, it sends me txt message/imessage and i enter it to login to my usual stuff. when im abroad, i will get a sim card/data plan from each country, to stay connected.....im just wondering what would happen to my 2FA verification codes with my phone number? cause obviously my own phone number will be down while abroad since imessage is data - will it still work if my phone number is offline while abroad [link] [comments] | ||

The thing is, I already have an XR on my carrier plan, I've been using it for a couple years now, and its never failed me. Should I sell the 13 for like 900 CAD (because theyre like 1100 brand new from the store) or just keep it and sell my XR for cheap? I figure I'm gonna have to upgrade sooner or later so I might as well switch to a 13 while I have one. But another part of me is telling me: 900 is a lot to get for selling a phone. I've tried everything I know of in regards to AF lock and different default filters (standard, warm, vibrant etc.) Also have tried the different Portrait opinions as well (natural light, studio light etc.) If you know of any adjustments please let me know. In every way but one I dont regret it at all. But Siri is just so unbelievably bad compared to google assistant. One of the most annoying things day to day is how Siri handles music. She wont play albums when asked. If you are really lucky she might get a song off of the correct album. Maybe even the studio version instead of a live version if you are truly blessed. But I have never had her properly play an album. I just can't comprehend how Apple has let Siri be this bad for so long. They have unlimited funds. [link] [comments] | ||
