    MacOs Monterey storage manager is counting a file that no long exists.

    I have removed dota2 from my mac, but storage manager is still showing it as installed and taking up 40gb. It points to a location on the file system that does not exist. OmniDiskSweeper shows it does not exist.

    How do I correct storage manager to no longer count this application?

    No Admin account on mac

    So on my macbook air, i only have 2 accounts they're both standard accounts which means i dont have an admin account but to make another admin account i need an already existent admin account but i dont have one. does someone know how i can make an admin account without an already existent admin account?

    How do I stop events from automatically being added to my calendar, even if I have not accepted?

    When I get calendar invites, they automatically show up on my calendar even if I have not accepted. How can I prevent invites from showing up on my calendar until I accept them? Thanks

    Can’t select the language of the name when setting up airtag

    Whenever i try to setup my airtag, it always shows names in another language, so i cant change the language i set up the name in. I have deleted that specific language on my iphone. Nothing happened

    iPhone 12 Pro Max sometimes doesn’t give a charge animation

    It makes the sound but wakes up to the Lock Screen rather than the MagSafe circle or the big battery that shows the current charge. I'm using iOS 15.5. It doesn't want to to play nice with my MagSafe sometimes and doesn't charge. So far, cable has always charged

    Exiting out of macOS X Utilities

    My family got a computer from someone else and wanted to factory reset it but in the process of reinstalling the macOS, it said that app store wasn't available at the moment when we tried to sign in so we decided to go to safari to log in to iCloud and the apple id but safari said it couldn't establish a secure connection and so the only way we could solve the problem is to exit out of macOS X utilities but we tried for hours and we couldn't find a way to do so. It would be a godsend if someone can help us with our situation. Btw the macOS software is Yosemite version 10.10, if anybody needs to know

    It is impossible to log into my Apple ID with my new phone

    I'm not into tech or anything in the slightest so I apologize in advance if i come off as a DFC. Anyway I just upgraded my X to a 13 pro and i'm trying to get signed into my apple ID. I do not know my apple ID password. I tried to reset it, but my email address for the apple ID was through Verizon and they no longer have an email service anymore- so basically my apple id email doesn't exist anymore. Then, i tried logging in through security questions, but the first thing it asks is for your birthday. For some reason, when i enter my birthday and all the other possible birthdays that could be associated with my account, it says that it's incorrect. I don't know what to do from here. I need to know my apple id information to allow imessaging access on both my old and new phones and until i get logged in, I cant text people. This is problematic because i rely on iMessage for work. Help please

    iMessages Crashing

    Can I restore ONE app's data from a previous iCloud backup?

    Long story short, I made some changes in a third party podcasting app that I regret, and I'd like to restore it to it's data from a recent previous backup, maybe like a week ago. Is this even possible without erasing my entire phone?

    H264/H265 Choppy on M1 Max MacBook Pro

    Hi, I have an M1 Max MacBook Pro. I can get H264 and H265 video from my dash camera. Both file types do not play properly on my M1, they are very choppy in quick view, don't play at all in QuickTime player and show video then black in iMovie.

    Oddly, the exact same files play perfectly on my 2015 MacBook Pro.

    Has anybody heard of this before?

    Mac is super slow due to kernel_task Fans are running quietly but it's slow to use I even replaced the battery which didn't help and when I shut the lid it shuts down the machine

    iphone x stuck in bootloop. is it possible to get photos off this device, or is a factory reset the only option at this point?

    nearly everything else was recovered from an icloud backup. i am unsure which ios version was last running, but this problem has persisted for the past 36 hours and had no apparent cause. recovering these photos is my primary goal so i'm trying to avoid wiping any data, but i realize this may be unavoidable to get this device working again. i've done at least one hour of research on this problem, however i'm still scared to do something wrong since i don't know enough about what i'm doing, so thank you for any help in advance.

    more details of the problem: - when holding the side button, after 6 seconds the apple logo will show for 4 seconds. when connected to power, it'll continuously do this loop - it's hard to tell if the screen is turning off or going black, but it's likely turning on and off again - it won't dock to my laptop for me to use itunes. i tested the cord and used itunes on another iphone with success - ejecting the sim card also caused it to loop for a few minutes. tried it with the sim card out and putting it back in - it was able to show the "connect to power" screen, but not the charging screen, and instead continued looping - tried pressing volume up, then volume down, then holding side button. tried holding volume down button with the side button. nothing new happened

    I have tried changing my cables. I tried resetting all settings on iPhone. The cable always charges my phone but CarPlay keeps dropping over and over. Am I doing something wrong?

    Installing IOS 16 after installing ios 16 beta

    I wanna install the ios 16 beta 1 on my iphone and am curious if i will be able tp get the next betas and then the official version of the ios 16 just normal from settings or is it gonna be the long process of going back to ios 15 then installing 16 or like obly being able to update to 16 but with the old backup from 15 and so on. If the question is unclear i wanna know how difficult the process of upgrading from ios 16 beta to the next betas and in the end to the public official version is gonna be (the one every iphone user gets in the settings) Any way at some point am i gonna lose the data pics and so on on the phone and have to get them back from a backup ?!
