    When I take a photo every other app crashes without fail. Doesn't matter the app. Everything crashes besides the actual photo app. Is there any fix for this?

    Macbook Air M2 vs Macbook pro M1

    I currently have a Macbook Pro M1 that's in perfect condition and only a few months old. I mostly just use it for schoolwork general use, and sometimes gaming when I'm out of school, would it be a good idea to trade it in for the new Macbook air M2?

    Web page icon saved to Home Screen turns black

    Hi,

    Is anyone else familiar with this issue, where after saving a web page to the Home Screen, the icon is just black?

    In my case, I'm trying to save a web page which only servers a .pdf file.

    If you have any information on how to resolve this issue, I would be glad to learn!

    Can 'User-Generated Contents' mean any data that the user uploaded to the cloud drive?

    Hi. I'm a dev preparing to launch a cloud drive service that users can upload and share files by generating share-links, like Google drive. I'm also considering developing a compatible iOS application so that iOS users can use my service with more convenience.

    But I'm not sure whether my apps can fulfill the AppStore guideline of Apple. I once found a paragraph like the below, and I started to wonder 'if users upload any files via my apps, will those files be 'User-Generated Contents' as Apple suggested on the guideline'?

    I wish to hear your opinion about this guideline paragraph.

    Problem with how TweetDeck handles links on iOS/iPadOS

    So, I've been using TweetDeck for years on iOS. I have it as a "web app" icon in my dock via the "Add to Home Screen" function in share sheet. Before, when I would click a link in TweetDeck, the link would open in Safari, launching Safari where I could read the article or whatever it was. This was really convenient as I could peruse TweetDeck, keep opening links in Safari as new tabs and I could go back to Safari later and read them as I wanted, but could return to TweetDeck and it would be just as I had left it each time.

    However, as of probably over a year ago, it now opens links inside the TweetDeck window itself, which then causes all of TweetDeck to refresh and I lose my place in TweetDeck and I have to go an extra step to then open that link in Safari if I don't feel like reading it at the time and want to go back to TweetDeck, which has now refreshed and the tweet and columns I had it on are now reset.

    This is really frustrating and is not how TweetDeck works on MacOS, even though it's the same "web app". I've been trying to figure out why this is happening all this time and just thought to finally ask about it here. Is there anything I can do to change this?? I just want TweetDeck links to open in the Safari app 😭. I'm not sure if this was a change in how Safari or WebKit works, or a change on TweetDeck's side. Any information or suggestions are greatly appreciated!

    Disable apps to show calls in call list

    Hello together

    When I made a call on Instagram or Teams, for example, the call is displayed in the call list. Is there a way to disable this so that I can only see calls to my number in the call list?

    Edit: I checked every setting in the apps and on the iPhone app and could not find anything even on the internet..

    Live Text feature on older devices

    I don't get why Apple doesn't support Live Text on iOS 15 for older devices. I know the chips before A12 are not powerful enough but you can easily add Credit card details with older devices by scanning the cards on Apple Pay. And this scanning has to be offline because otherwise it would become a data privacy issue.

    How to get custom aspect ratio when taking photos with iPhone 13 pro max in RAW mode

    Hey guys, I have an iPhone 13 pro max and I use it for work and I would like to take photos with aspect ratio of 2:1, for example 2000x1000px or at least be able to see boundaries on the 4:3 photo so that I know what I end up with.

    16:9 is close enough, but I'd prefere a custom aspect ratio if possible..

    Any ideas? Obscure photo apps?

    I cant seem to find a compatible app aside from Strava, which exits by itself after a while. Im on an iPhone 4s that I am choosing not to upgrade to 9.3.6 because I dont want to slow it down further.

    Video Orientation While Rotation Locked?

    is there a way to change which way the screen rotates while rotation lock is on?

    For example, on youtube my phone used to always rotate to the right, now on ios 16 beta it rotates left when i hit full screen, any way to change this?
