Apple iOS There was to disable this?

There was to disable this?
Is there a way to disable this?
I hear some weird noises near the back camera (IPhone SE 2020)
I signed into a very old apple id of mine. I remember buying paid apps on this account and when i try to redownload them i just see this. Any ideas? Help will be greatly appreciated!
When it is raining, the Weather app has rain hitting the boxes. I really like that little touch!!

So I just noticed this tonight. It's very faint, and I can't hear it unless I press my ear directly up to the back of the phone. It sounds like random beeping and scratching. I can't pick it up on the microphone. I have tried restarting my phone, but that doesn't fix anything. Is this normal? And if not, what does it mean, and how can (or should ) i fix it? If it mattered, I dropped my phone a few times today (with a mous cAse)
