Is this normal on a Hermes band? Clasp arm feels flimsy, so hard to put into a hole, then when it goes in, with my wrist size it feels impossible to get it into that first belt loop because the arm falls out of the hole. so I have to put it over it. Anyone else experience this?

Today on my walk I tripped over some rough sidewalk and bit the dirt. I was totally fine, but my watch was worried. It buzzed and when I looked at the screen it displayed the message "it looks like you've taken a hard fall. Call 911?"

That's a pretty neat feature!

Aura Strap for bioimpedance analysis

Mudra Band for monitoring hand movements

Wristcam a video camera as a watch band.

How well is the Apple Watch supported?

Hey everyone! I recently switched to an iPhone after being a longtime android user. When I had my android phones I almost always had a smartwatch with them and see them as almost essential. So I've decided to get a series 7 Apple Watch and I'm deciding between the stainless steel and the aluminum model. I'm currently leaning towards the stainless steel model because of it's looks but that would be the most amount of money that I've ever spent on a smartwatch. This makes me wonder how well supported is the Apple Watch? Do they get new Watch faces when they get software updates? Saw that the S6 watches didn't get the onscreen keyboard even though there is more than enough space for it. What do you guys think?

app hung installing to watch

I have a brand new watch series 7. I want to install the supernatural app (Oculus VR exercise app) to the watch. I scroll down to it and click install and the wheel just spins it never installs. Has been spinning for two days. I have updated ios, all apps, shutdown and restarted phone and watch, deleted app from iphone restarted iphone and reinstalled app and it still will not install to watch? Any thoughts on how to get this to work?

My allergies are killing me. I'd love to have the pollen forecast on my Apple Watch.

Anyone aware of any that work with the watch? If not, I'll just take suggestions for an app in general that's fairly accurate.

Is SMS supposed to work when iPhone is completely off?

I have been in a loop with AT&T and Apple trying to understand if SMS (NOT iMessage) is supposed to work when your iPhone is completely turned off.

I am not sure why I never really noticed this until recently, but when my iPhone (AT&T with NumberSync) is powered down then I cannot send or receive any SMS messages. Calls work, data works, iMessage works, but sending and receiving standard SMS does not; it eventually times out and says "Message Not Delivered". However, once I power on the phone then it actually send the message and it works.

Can anyone confirm the behavior of this? I am shocked that I cannot find anything on the web or get any clear indication from Apple or AT&T with legit cases opened up just asking if this is an issue or not, with AT&T actually "looking" into this with their network team for 5 days now apparently.

Not tracking biked miles

I rode 21 miles twice this week. First time Apple Watch said I only rode .25miles in an hour and 15 min. I rode 21 miles. Again today, rode 21 miles in an hour and 7 min. Apple Watch says .16miles! I reset the calibration after the first time. I checked all location sharing is on. Anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it?? Thanks!

"carrier does not currently support Apple Watch"

I'm getting this error on T-Mobile in the states. Has anyone seen this before? The tech support at T-Mobile weren't able to help and I've reset the watch once and then restore and I've even reset it a second time fresh as a new watch.

I even removed the T-Mobile watch number and added a whole new line and erased the old one and nothing is working.

Why am I seeing this in email only on my watch and not on my iPhone. Per apple, it sounds kind of confusing as to why this is happening. Can someone explain? I am using iCloud Private Relay.

Will a new Apple Watch series 3 work without an iPhone?

I bought my parents each an Apple Watch series 3. I know it requires an iPhone 6s or later to connect. My mom has an 8 but my dad has a 6. I understand my moms will work as intended, but can my father use his at all? If not with his own iPhone 6, can I set both watches up with my mothers iPhone 8?

Side bar - I've tried to borrow a 6s from a friend and one of my sisters but found out only after getting it and changed that they were both only iPhone 6. I'm waiting for my other sister to arrive for the summer with a 7 for my father, but I'd like to get it working for him before since both my mom and dad are doing great on their new fitness journeys so far. Any advice at all will be appreciated.

i've just bought a brand new apple watch se and set it up and now i'm installing flick type and i have it on the watch and my phone and i have it open on my phone but when i type on the watch it just says "Open Flick Type on iphone to unlock" any reasons why? or do i have to buy the full version
