    In screensaver settings, it says: "Floating or Origami are recommended for plasma TV's"

    Is airplay better on the apple tv or does any airplay 2 device have the same quality? Like will it freeze less on the apple tv, sync up better, etcc

    HDCP update?

    Did Apple make some sort of HDCP update in the last OS update? Amazon and Disney+ are throwing HDCP errors while using an HDMI switch that worked great a week ago.

    Volume control on phone

    I feel so silly for not realizing this sooner! My volume options under remotes and devices was set to a learned remote. When I switched it back to auto I was able to control the volume on my phone! Such a great feature im just now discovering

    Troubleshooting Help: Apple TV app on new Amazon Fire TV

    Hi everyone. Just purchased a new Amazon fire TV cube. I installed the Apple TV app but whenever I go to log in the app glitches and just forever shows the loading circle.

    I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app several times, no luck. I've ensured the device and the app are updated to the latest firmware. I've restarted the cube several times. Nothing seems to work. Hoping someone else had this issue and was able to resolve it?

    Items not auto adding to the new “up next” on 15.4?

    On 15.3, when I watched a show (say on Disney+ or Channel 5) it would auto-add to the top bar on the Apple TV app - so from the Home Screen I could quickly resume any of my shows.

    This has now been replaced with "up next" - and none of my current shows (including WeCrashed) are automatically visible.

    Do I need to manually add them? If so, what's the point - and can I get the old functionality back? I feel I'm missing a trick.

    Have you lost your Apple TV remote?

    So first off. I couldn't use my phone to control the Apple TV. Because I moved and my ssid changed. So, I wanted to use my Apple TV. But no remote. No Wi-Fi. I plugged it into my router via Ethernet. Used the phone app to change the Wi-Fi settings. Then I paired a PS4 controller. It's now my Apple TV remote.

    To pair the PS4 controller you gotta open Bluetooth settings on Apple TV. On the remote. Hold down the PS button as well as share. When it starts blinking let go. Now pair the remote and VIOLIN!

    Water Damaged Remote - Fix or Replace??

    My cats knocked over a vase of flowers and unfortunately the Apple TV Generation 4 Remote got hit. It sat in the water from the vase for at least a of couple hours before I got home. The two pieces had bloated and seemed to have separated some.

    We'd like to fix it or replace it.

    Has anyone had luck fixing theirs after water damage? (Would Apple be able to fix it?)

    Does anyone have any suggestions for replacing it? (Same one, different, etc?).

    Stuttering 4K Streaming

    Newer version of alternative AppleTV Salt remote 2.0

    Anyone bought/using the 2.0 version of the Salt remote? It has all the essential buttons like TV, Siri (not sure about swipe control). Plus it has dedicated ff/rew and is back lit. Curious of anyone's user experience(s). I'm using YTTV for live tv but interested in general experience as well.
