I do see it backed up, but no updated datas in macOS Big Sur v11.6.3's Calendar and Contacts. Finder shows nothing about copying iPhone to Mac. I never liked updating iOS so I was running an older iOS. My phone screen broke and I decided to buy the iphone 13 pro. I updated the old phone so I could back it up and then restore the back up on the new phone, it wasn't until today that I had to use the app and discovered I can't open the app. I get an error when downloading the app that says "Unable to Install" as the developer needs to update the app. Is there anyway to retrieve the photos/data? I connected it to my computer and it doesn't come up in file share and when I went to a back up extractor, there's no data in there either. Is there any way to retrieve these? [link] [comments] | ||

| sudden camera wobble (video mode) and 2nd microphone not working Posted: 02 Feb 2022 06:07 PM PST iPhone 7 Plus running iOS 15.2. Been using it for 3 years+. Obviously out of warranty. Now I experienced wobbling camera during record@video mode and the 2nd microphone where it is between the camera and the flashlight didn't work so I am unable to record my voice using Voice Memos app. The record still can start though. No gray out/freezing issue. Only I hear during playback is some static noise. Video recording sound and talking to other person during calls still work just fine. FYI, I have replaced the combo power+mute+volume+2nd mic+flashlight flex cable and this issue only occured after a month since the replacement happened. Any help? | Google Sign-in not working on Iphone XR Posted: 02 Feb 2022 04:54 PM PST I have an iPhone XR. All of a sudden, there is a problem with Google Sign-In on it. I am unable to access the Gmail app, Google Maps doesn't actually show the map (but the blue location dot is visible), cannot use any apps that use Google Sign-In (Indeed for example). Any time I try to actually sign into Google, whether it's on Safari, Chrome or Gmail, it gets stuck on the email address screen: I enter the email address, click on Next and nothing happens, but the "browser downloading bar" is stuck between 1/3 and 1/2 of the screen. Same thing in all of those apps where I could possibly log in... it gets stuck before ever getting to the password screen. Note that I am logged into multiple other devices with no issues, just the phone. I have tried the following things: - Deleted all history and cookies in Chrome and Safari - Deleted and reinstalled Google Maps multiple times - Removed Google account (when it was still logged into Gmail but nothing else worked) Any other thoughts on what to try or look at? | No idea how to get my music onto my iPhone Posted: 02 Feb 2022 12:35 PM PST I've swapped over from Android and got the iPhone 13 Pro Max, I'm picking up how to use it (never had an Apple product before) quickly but I've spent all day on the music thing and got nothing. I installed iTunes on my Windows PC but it didn't recognise the iPhone - in fact, the computer acted like I hadn't plugged anything in at all, it just charged my phone via USB and nothing else. This happened with two different PCs. I was told my iPhone should ask me if I trust a new PC when I plug in but it never asked. I can't find the drivers to update on the PC. I have 30gb worth of music in folders and tried to put them across via Google Drive and an app called Files, since I can't download the folders or files straight from Drive (wtf?) but the transfer failed halfway because there was a "loss of communication with a helper app". iCloud Drive won't let me put the folders on there because they're not compressed and it wants them in .zip format.
