| Hardware Question for Apple TV+ service Posted: 24 Feb 2022 06:48 AM PST Hi, I subscribed to Apple TV+ for something different. I like a few of their shows so far. Unfortunately, my old Roku and my old Amazon Firestick won't support it. I went through many avenues to get the service to work, but admittedly, both are old devices, at least 2-3 years out of date. So, I've been restricted to watching it on my tablet (Android) via Chrome, when I'd rather be watching it on my TV (not a smart TV, btw). I can't afford one of those new Apple TV 4K devices, though. Can anyone let me know of a newer Android-based device that CAN support Apple TV+? I'm in Canada, by the way. Thanks. [link] [comments] | ||

| Lack of continuous play on Netflix or Disney+ Posted: 23 Feb 2022 10:48 PM PST Using Netflix or Disney+ or HBOMax, app to binge watch any show is awful on my Apple 4K. The "Skip intro" button disappears in 3 secs so I always miss it and end up needing to watch the whole intro, and the "next episode" button is non existent. I always either have to watch the entire credits, or go back one screen to manually select the next episode. Is this normal? I can't understand why these features are missing on the Apple TV [link] [comments] |
