    Can we just appreciate how convenient that shit is I mean holy moly. I just touch the screen & it wakes up & then swipe up & it's open! All while using biometrical security. What a time we live in!

    I'm moving over to iOS for the first time from android, and it's been a great experience overall, except for the appearance of new and strange bugs every day. First, I dealt with the pink screen bug that apple claims to be a software issue, then a mix of stock and third-party apps are freezing, the keyboard froze on different occasions, and my phone won't respond to some of my touches. When looking up other people's experiences with these bugs, there were complaints about these issues months ago and no mention of it recently. I'm surprised there isn't a public uproar about these system-wide bugs. I'm curious whether everybody is just silently dealing with these issues or if my phone is just a lemon.

    Writing has become impossible in the Reddit iOS app

    Something changed recently in the iOS app. If I'm writing a reply to a post in the iOS app in the reply field and then I touch the text of the original post (to scroll a bit to see the text), the reply field completely disappears by sliding up to the top of the app. There doesn't seem to be a way to make it reappear so I have to begin writing my reply all over again. How do I get back to my reply-in-progress?

    My faceID just randomly stopped working the other day and all it's telling me is there's a problem with the truedepth camera, I uodated to the latest IOS but still it doesn't work. Anyone know a fix for this ?

    Instagram badge notifications not working properly

    My instagram notifications are not working properly, for example if i receive a message, a badge with 3 is displayed, and sometimes i receive nothing and a badge of 2 is shown. Has anyone been in there or am i alone haha ? I tried uninstalling, updating, i even tried it on another phone and nothing works. Thank you for your help.

    As in the title I'm looking for a browser with tab groups that is not safari. Chrome claims to have the feature in their app store description, but does seem to be a falsehood. Can anybody help?

    Data not working

    Hello!

    I have an iPhone 13PM and my data doesn't work on my device. I'm on 15.4 and whenever I enable my data, it shows up as 3G right away and doesn't work. When I try loading anything I get a pop up saying "Could not activate cellular data network". I've tried pretty much everything. I've reset network settings, taking the sim out restarting putting it back in, manually selecting my company, and switching the settings from LTE, 5G auto, 5G on. Is this a common problem with 15.4?

    Would you move to Android or stick to the IOS?

    I had a serious debate with my friend who owns flagship android device, it looks cool and colorful on android 12, yeah they have split screen multitasking, but other than that I am not impressed enough to leave IOS. What would you do if you can choose?

    Reminders setting events at midnight and deleting recurring events

    Title. I am using microsoft to do for my reminders since i sync to various devices. Ill set a date and time in tasks and then it will change by itself to midnight or change the date id set it to. Also i find i have to re enter repeating events a lot. Super frustrating.

    Anyone here annoyed how unusable printing from iOS is?

    Because print preview/control page has no scale option (original vs size to fit) often things like shipping labels are stretched to fill the phone page.

    Anyone found a suitable workaround to that?

    Apple Watch charging malfunction

    [question] has anyone tried to add MagSafe capability to an 8 plus or any non MagSafe iPhone with the rings on Amazon that u can stick to phone or case.

    App appreciation post: Best Habit Tracker in my opinion.

    Before anything, I'd like to make it clear this is not a paid promotion.

    Recently I was looking for a habit tracker app. Every one I downloaded either had an ugly UI, or didn't have enough features. I was scrolling in the app store and downloading lots of apps and found a few ok ones but not amazing. Then after a lot of scrolling I found one that looked perfect. Downloaded it, worked great, looked amazing, had habits that synced with health like steps and calories, and has an Apple Watch app. Basically was exactly what I was looking for. The only down side, the free version only let you have 3 habits. The paid subscription was 13$ a year (or something like that, don't remember), a little pricey for an app but after some thinking I bought it. Had a week trial too which was nice.

    It has been a few week since then, and not regretting the purchase at all. It's exactly what I was looking for.
    The reason I'm making this post is because the app was really down in the search results and I think this good of an app should be higher and have more downloads. Couldn't find any posts about the app so I thought I'd post about it myself.

    Can you set emergency bypass for text messages sent from email address?

    I'm trying to use text messages with Home Assistant by sending messages from an email address to my T-Mobile phone number email address and I'm wondering if there's a way to set emergency bypass for these messages the same way that you could for a phone number sending the messages.

    No new weather animations on iPhone XR in iOS 15

    I have an iPhone XR and for some reason snow/rain animations aren't working for me. I've checked that Reduce Motion is off and font size is set to 100%. Also I've tried to reinstall weather app. What should I do?
