    So my Apple Watch has been warning me for high heart rate. Which lead me to doing a test. And well, it’s corona. A glimpse into the future of health wearables. Gotta love the watch.

    Just feels like for the most part, this sub is turning into just people just submitting pictures of their "new watch".

    We know what an Apple Watch looks like….we don't need constant pictures of them do we? I get you're excited, and I am too….but it's getting ridiculous at this point?

    I mean I might be in the minority, and if I am I apologize! I don't mean to offend!

    I love the usage questions, the tech support stuff, the tips and tricks - but post after post of "look at this new watch!" or "I finally joined the club" gets super tired and super annoying.

    Might be just me but I thought I'd chime in!

    Series 5 vs SE

    So I've done my research on both of these models, but I'm not sure which one would be the better buy in 2022 as I can get the 44mm of each for around the same price. I don't think I need AOD from when I've tried it on, but other than that, does the ecg and always on altimeter make a huge difference in day to day use? Any input is appreciated.

    I went to the local apple affiliate and the person there was super nice. They assured me that the software issue would be covered by apple, and that they had seen it before. I would need to send it to apple for a simple reset as they were not allowed/unable to do so. They tell me it will take 7-10 business days.

    15 business days later I get a call from the same person telling me that the watch had been shipped back, but it wasn't fixed. They say my only option now is to contact apple and pay a fee to get it diagnosed.

    So now my option is to get the watch reset for the out of warranty fee, or have a broken watch.

    Again, all of this happened because of an automated update. Wtf

    Reasons to upgrade from a Series 3?

    Bit of a weird post. Coming up 5 years since I got my Series 3, and whilst it feels like it's still going strong, I'm getting that hankering for an upgrade.

    I don't really use it for any apps, I mainly use it for exercising and the complications on the watch faces (rain, activity, step count etc).

    What are some things that would improve in those use cases going from a S3 -> S7?

    Broken Apple Watch S3

    Hello! Delete if not allowed, but I need some advice. I received an Apple Watch for Christmas of 2020 and fell in love! I used it a lot and truly it changed my lifestyle. I'm December I was moving and then wasn't using it a lot. I left it in a pocket of a jacket I don't wear. I found it and have tried to charge it but it won't work. I took it into a apple retailer place and they said I should just get a new one because they can't run diagnostics.

    SO Is there any hope? Can someone help me fix it? Am I able to trade it in or send it to someone for some money? Is it worth buying a new or used watch? If so which one?

    TLDR: my Apple Watch stopped working, is there anything I can do with it? should I buy a new or used one?

    Are there any great Pomodoro Timers for Apple Watch?

    Bizarrely, it seems none of the Pomodoro timers on Apple Watch have complications, or are fully functional without being tethered to a phone.

    Anything really great out there, that takes advantage of the Apple Watch UX?

    Which Apple Watch Nike SE Color?

    Hey everyone,
    I'd like to thank you all for your detailed and insightful responses to my post last week. I've decided to spring for the Apple Watch SE (Nike Edition), and am torn between either Space Grey or Silver.
    My first choice would probably be Grey, but I've got a gift card that I was hoping to use at a certain store and unfortunately they've only got Silver available.
    That being said, which color do you guys have/recommend? Would it really be worth it for me to buy the watch elsewhere and pay full cash?

    Do screen protectors affect typing?

    Hey all, I'm debating between aluminum and titanium for my first Apple Watch (tried out stainless and didn't like the weight) with the sole motivation to get the sapphire screen to avoid getting the ion glass scratched up.

    I see that LK has well reviewed screen protectors and would be ok with aluminum plus a protector if it doesn't make regular use - like using the new on screen keyboard - more of an annoyance. Could anybody give any feedback? Thanks!

    My S4 Watch is measuring my pulse while sitting on a table (and while I wear my S7 Watch)

    Is there anything else I can do but remove the S4 from health sources?

    Since recently I have two watches and the older S4 is a watch I wear when S7 charges or when I go to public places like a pool where I might lose it or something.

    A few days ago I noticed my puls in Show All data looks like this:

    77, 72, 146, 69, 132, 75, 76, 142, 137, 68, 69, ...

    At first I was worried but then I realized those high values, all of them originate from the S4 and lower measurements are from S7 while I actually wer S7. Some values have timestamps when I even wasn't at home so the S4 was just sittin alone in the dark on charger or beside it on the table.

    This thing started a few days ago and I activated S7 a few weeks ago.

    Makes no sense at all. Has anyone had similar experience? Anything I should do? Reinstall, wait for update (it's already on the latest os), send it to repair shop?

    So today my boyfriend gifted me a Nike Apple Watch SE (S5 I believe?) anyway. I charge my phone every night before bed and was going to do the same with the watch until I saw the sleep tracking features. How do you long term users go about charging your watches/sleeping with them? Any help is appreciated!

    Love that I can name the timers. Keeping myself from OD'ing as I do my best to keep the pain low from my wisdom tooth removal. I really love the soft alarm sounds and haptic feedback on the watch

    Recently, I have noticed my Apple Watch is getting notifications, however it is not vibrating (Silent Mode). Both my Watch and the iPhone are on silent mode. Is this causing the issue?
