    The one Notes folder I locked can't be opened with Face ID for some reason. I tried creating a new file, locking it and trying the Face ID and it worked. I tried changing and resetting the password, didn't work. I tried basically every pw I could think of with the hint and I still can't open it.

    Iphone 13 pro max camera issue

    The front camera seems really bad and blurry, and every picture i take gets this watercoloured/over sharpened effect that i cannot turn off in settings or anything. Im so disappointed, the pictures look so unflattering and bad… not sure what to do here because they over sharpen and make me look like a oil painting.

    Might seriously consider returning and replacing the phone with an 11 pro max or something :/

    iPhone IMEI number linked across to snapchat?

    I have recently had my iPhones IMEI number blocked from snapchat as I was permanently banned. I am looking into getting a new phone and potentially giving my current (banned IMEI) phone to a family member - who will not use snap. I will therefore be able to use snapchat, but was wondering whether a banned IMEI number on snap can be linked to any other apps or reports on the iPhone. (do apple or any other party's than snapchat know about their ban on this number). Any help wold be much appreciated.

    New iphone, infuriating problems, out of ideas.

    So i have had an Iphone before and am coming off of using a Note 10. The situation is this, I got my new iphone 13 pro in the mail yesterday. Downloaded the "Move to IOS" app. After a couple hours it worked! Everything was eventually there, pictures, apps, text messages, it worked. Well after playing with my new phone for hours I went to bed. I did one small update to IOS 15.1.1 before going to bed. When I got up in the morning I noticed something strange. My old Note 10 was still getting text messages but I could not make any calls as it did'nt have service anymore. My brother told me Google messages uses wifi and to turn that off and it should stop. Well it stopped, buuuttt here is the root of the problem. I can send text messages to android users. They go through I called them and they say that they get the message and they are responding. I on the other hand am getting none of their messages. I only get send and receive text with one android user. Apple store wasn't much help at all they checked if SMS was on and all the messages abilties were turned on, which they are. They opened a case on it and I called again at home. The apple support on the phone said everything should be working on their end. They viewed my screen and it all checked out. Proceed to call verizon. The verizon guy checked my SIM to see if they matched up. I thought he would help but he just gave me a number to call that is like their tech support. Which i haven't been able to get through.

    At this point I have not much patience left. I've talked to Verizon and Apple, this problem has stumped them they have been very little help at all basically just saying everything checks out. At the same time not being able to explain only being able to text back and forth with 1 android user. I really really don't want to have to do a factory reset since I would have to redownload every app, and all the password, and it would take another day to set shit up.

    Does anyone have any idea or has even heard of this? I'm desperate

    To sum it up for people that don't want to read.

    New iphone, IMessage works fine, only able to send and recieve text from 1 android user.

    Every other android user just can recieve my text. I don't get their response

    Gmail inbox only on mail app?

    My iPhone XR is deading and won't charge wired or wirelessly. Do I need to go to Apple?

    I plugged in my phone last night to charge as usual, but I realized it didn't charge at all when I woke up in the morning.

    I've tried replugging in my charger, using a different outlet, using 2 different wireless chargers, using a different charging cable, and cleaning out the charging port of my phone.

    Nothing is working :( Do I need to go to Apple?

    can't access iphone because of home button

    My home button (iPhone 7) is not working, and after i restored a backup from itunes on the iPhone, it restarted and the next screen was a white screen with the only text "Press home to upgrade" at the bottom. Since my home button is not working, and the iPhone is not detected by neither my PC nor iTunes, I am stuck at that screen. Is there any way to solve this issue?

    Phone won’t delete photos

    2 kids stole my phone in class and took over 1,000 pictures on it, my phone won't delete any of the pictures. It shows that it deleted them until I open my photo album and they're still there. What do I do?

    iPhone 2G boot loop

    Hey there, I have a REALLY old iPhone 2G, and it's in perfect condition. When I plug it in, it used to work just fine (like a few months ago), now when I plug it in, it charges til the apple logo, then dies, and goes black. How can I fix this? I want to preserve this phone for as long as possible, and I fear it's dying 😬

    Can I use my serial number for another iphone?

    I have two iphones. One is an Iphone 11 (the phone I am writing this post on) and the other one is an Iphone 7. I have problems with the Iphone 7 and i want to chat with apple support but I need my serial number for that. I can't turn on the iphone 7 (that is one of the problems I intend on discussing with apple support) to get the serial number and I'm wondering if I could use the serial number from my iphone 11?

    Filled-in white cloud icon on photo?

    Hi,

    I'm not very tech savvy. There seems to be a white cloud in the bottom right hand corner in just a few of my photos on my iMac. I asked someone about it and he said that those photos have been shared. However, they're not in my "shared album." Does this mean that they have been shared on a messaging app, ie WhatsApp, telegram, KIK, Snapchat, etc?

    Glitch??

    I got an iPhone 12 on my account for a struggling friend (of 4 years but YES I'm learning my lesson) When she gave it back she didn't use a case or have a screen protector. She definitely dropped it top right corner, damage and screen crack. Fast forward I got the phone back and a month after the screen starts to flicker. It would go to the old tv static lines, to the whole screen black, and right now I have 3 dark lines but can see everything.

    I'm wondering if anyone can pin down what is wrong in general?

    My iphone won’t turn on, it freezes on the apple logo and then it turns off again and after that it turns back on by himself, without me turning it on and then it freezes, it turns off, it turns on and so on

    iPhone won't vibrate

    I have vibrate enabled both in sounds and accessibility. I've also tried powering it off with the settings turned on and powering it off with the settings turned off. Neither made a difference.

    It's always worked completely find up until today, nothing happened to it, it just randomly stopped. Any advice would be extremely appreciated as it's terribly annoying.

    iPhone 13 no/slow data but still showing 3G/4G/5G

    Hi. Since I bought my iPhone I have some troubles with data. I can make/answer phone calls without problem, I have "3G/4g/5g" symbol near battery indicator but sometimes I can't access the internet. I've already tried resetting network settings and wiping the phone without success. Mind you that sometimes everything work perfectly fine. I tried my SIM card in my old pixel 4a and it looks like internet is more "consistent" but not perfect. My network is o2/UK and I'm on iOS 15.1.1. Is my phone faulty or something?

    Good evening. I am having an issue with iMessages. Both me and the other user are using iMessage. The person can send an iMessage and it gets sent to me, but for some reason, I cannot send a message back. When I do try to message that person back, it doesn't say "delivered" like it should. Sending the message as an SMS doesn't seem to fix the issue either. What are all the possible reasons why I can't send them a message? What are the solutions? I can send everyone else messages still. It works fine for them. This is very important for me. Thank you.

    Forgot Apple Notes Password

    So I use Apple notes to store important documents, and so I lock them up using the built-in notes password thing. Problem: I've since forgotten that password. I've tried doing the 'reset password' thing in on the settings app but that didn't work, so now all my important work spreadsheets are lost… what do I do? Can I reset the app somehow without loosing all my other notes? Any help would be greatly appreciated! (iPhone XS Max, iOS 15.0.2)

    Anyone know how to add sound to a screen recording of a FaceTime call?

    Just found out I'm pregnant and FaceTimed my guy to look at the test together. Tried recording the convo but there's no sound. Is there a way to fix this after the fact?

    We are very excited and are hoping to put together a little video compilation of the negative tests leading up to our positive test. 😊
