    Getting scammed, need help

    Hello, hopefully someone here that knows more than me can help me out. I sold an iphone 13 pro max online. The buyer is claiming she received a damaged phone. She sent it back to me and the serial numbers do not match. She's opened a dispute case, so I'm trying to get as much ammo as possible, is there anyway to locate the imei if the sim card try is missing?

    What I've don't so far:

    • itunes - shows lost and wiped Activation Lock
    • itunes recovery - got the serial number and ECID
    • Contacted online support who basically said they can't provide any info

    The screen is completely busted, but I'm thinking maybe I could hook it up to an external and get it somehow. There is also a genius bar about an hour away worst case scenario

    iPhone 13 pro screen blue?

    I was wondering if any body has the issue I currently have.

    I have replaced three iPhone 13 pros because they all have a blue hue to them. It makes everything with a light background look washed out and doesn't look like it's true Color. And it's not a blue tint when I look at my phone in a different angle I'm talking about head on. And it's with all three iPhones. I compared it to my iPhone 12 Pro and that screen looks better than the iPhone 13 pro besides 120hz. I have made a temporary fix with the Color filters in settings to make it have a warmer screen so that it looks somewhat normal.

    So yeah, does anybody else have this issue?

    I just noticed that the volume up button makes this weird metallic noise compared to the volume down button that sounds more soft. Not sure if there's some sort of rubber piece missing on mine or if it's normal

    Annoying Safari “how satisfied are you with google search” pop up.

    With the recent update every time I search something in safari it gives me the survey pop up. I checked my safari settings and my pop up blocker is on. Any suggestions to prevent this from coming up on every search?

    When I try connecting to my hotspot, the blue bar at the top will repeatedly show up for a split second than vanish than do it again and again whenever I’m trying to connect something, it never ends up actually connecting

    Can there be any ill effects on an iPhone 13 Pro Max as a result of using a Lightning magnetic cable like this one to charge it (because of it being magnetic)?

    iPhone 7 stuck in recovery/won't boot

    I have an iPhone 7 that has not been used for what i assume to be a couple of years, and it has some problems. Today when I tried starting it for the first time it wouldn't boot but after trying for a bit it started and I got to the lockscreen, but the person who gave it to me didn't remember the code so I was waiting for them to find out.

    Suddenly the phone froze and turned off, then got stuck in a boot-loop. I followed some guides online and ended up downloading iTunes to try and fix it. I tried to both re-install software and restore the device but all i got were error codes - mainly "75" and "1100".

    Now it is stuck in recovery mode (it actually doesn't even start now) and nothing i've found online helps, so I turned to reddit.

    I highly appreciate any help, this is my first Apple product and I am very curious to see how it will feel compared to android phones.

    How do you force landscape mode on iOS phones?

    I've looked around & it seems that Apple seems to give a hard time on this topic compared to android devices. Even for forcing apps to do landscape mode, for Google phones, an app is possible to do this, so the apps themselves are not limited; it's the software of the devices themselves.

    So, I came here asking for any apps, preferably free, & no shady shit, in order to force playing apps in landscape mode on iOS iPhone devices?

    Looking for names & legit links that do not have malware or other shit. I'm just looking for a straight up legit application to force my screen to be in landscape mode when I want it.

    Phone Battery/ Crashing Problem

    So i've had problems occurring today with my phone. It's an iPhone 8 (about 2 years old). It happens in a cycle, the phone will start losing battery extremely fast (about 3 percent per 30 seconds) and will reach about 20 percent and the phone will restart. After it restarts, it'll die right after restarting and will show a dead phone screen, and will come back if i put it on a charger. This has happened around 5 times today, and whenever the phone comes back from charging the battery percentage returns to normal. Thoughts?

    Putting Deleted Messages Back On My iPhone From Mac

    Calls coming in on AirPods even in do not disturb

    Trying to resolve this issue, we have an iPhone 13 but when it is set to either do not disturb or sleep focus, the music will still stop when someone calls. This is for a runner who wants to be able to listen to music but not be disturbed by calls. I would assume this is possible with do not disturb or at least sleep mode? What am I missing

    I just got and new phone and i was trying to sign in but i forgot my password so i guess i tried to much and it said apple id locked or icloud is locked and now it's been 30 minutes and and it still has that buffering/loading thing in the top right corner and i can't do any thing when i tap the screen

    Speech recognition does not work (and hasn’t for a while)

    My speech recognition doesn't work, so Siri only hears part of what I say (the first word or 2) and when I try to dictate a message or text, same problem.

    However, when I test the audio using the voice app things work fine — the recording quality is normal.

    Perhaps one of my mics is busted? Any tips or suggestions would be great!

    Question memo not working

    Okey i have this iphone 7 plus ios 15.1

    just after restoring the iphone and updating to ios 15.1 the mic was working totally fine , then calls on Facebook messenger stopped working , tried to call using dialer the mic works , siri works , video recording sound works the front and rear camera , but memo doesn't record anything all i can hear is parasite anyone can explain ?

    Coil Whine

    I have a Native Union wireless charger I bought from Apple and it's making a high-pitched noise when I put my iPhone 13 Pro on the charger. I read that this happens if it's a cheap charger but this was like $50 and it's plugged into an official Apple brick. It hasn't made this sound before and I was also having problems with it not charging my phone at night (it would charge intermittently and then stop so when I woke up it was at around 20%). Is my charger broken?

    So I'm upgrading from iPhone 7. The battery being dead and having to be on life support from a heavy apply charging smart case was the final spur I needed to get it done.

    So I bought the iPhone 13 Pro Max.

    Only problem is since it arrived Wednesday I've been struggling to get used to it. Found it to be too big and heavy. Hard to use. I avoided using it in situations where I'd use my iPhone 7.

    So I put in a return for it as I'm within the 14 days. I ordered the mini.

    The mini came today. Only problem is? Too small. It's actually smaller than the 7, so small that it slips out of my hand because it slips between the palm/edge of my hand and my fingers. I don't feel comfortable using it. As I'd been using the Pro Max for 2 days, the screen also feels ridiculously small and toy-like. When ordering my Nando's tonight it felt like a chore. Not only that, but the battery tanked from 50 to 20, in not even an hour of using it. Compared to the Pro Max which would lose probably 5% in that time.

    So the regular size 13 Pro model, I was told by all 3 of my sisters that the regular size is bad and I should use the max version. 2 of them have the 10-12 max and 1 wants the max.

    So I ordered the Pro Max, it felt too big. I started a return and ordered the mini. The mini felt ridiculously small and like it is slipping through my hand because there's nothing to it. Then the regular version I was being advised against getting. I'm sitting here with a pro max with a return request sent on the max which I have 12 days left to send, a mini, and no clue what to do. I need advice from someone who has used different sizes of phones. Should I get the regular version? I've used my 7 for so long I'm just so used to it. I didn't think the mini would be SMALLER than it. I don't know if I return the mini if Apple will notice that I'm sending back too many goods and get pissed at me or deny return or send me second hand items.

    To make matters worse I accidentally ordered Airpods 3 when I have the Airpods pro as I didn't like the plastic ear tips, but actually the Airpods 3 fall out of my ears just as much as the Airpods pro.

    Sigh. Someone help me?!

    iPhone 7 lagging iOS 15

    Just installed iOS 15.1 a couple days ago ever since then the phone has been super laggy. Keyboard takes a while to respond, videos don't play/lag, etc. My storage is pretty full not sure if that could be the problem (28/32 gb) but it has always been relatively full and never had this problem before the update.

    Hi guys this is been bugging me for awhile now just got iPhone 11 on iOS 15.0.2 and my iPhone X is on 15.0.1 I'm trying to do a full backup of my iPhone X (15.0.1) to then restore it to the iPhone 11 (15.0.2)So when it comes to restoring the iPhone 11 (15.0.2) from the iPhone X (15.0.1) backup it only gives me the option to restore from a previous iPhone 11 I've backed up on same computer?! cannot for the life of me figure out how to select the backup I want!P.s the iPhone X bluetooth is stuffed so cannot do the easy transfer method with the phones near each other :(Apple just makes things hard
