    I cannot wait for the next episode, loving the characters and different stories, the mystery element is really interesting! I really hope that the mystery extends over multiple seasons. Keep the aliens a mystery for a long time, keeps the theories going.

    Passthrough delay

    Hey guys I'm using homepod and arc for Apple TV and homepod to be a atmos speaker but there is a delay with atmos sound from the Xbox series x, and ideas? Tv delay option is already at lowest. Can't see any way to fix delay on Apple TV.

    Current setup: early 2015 MBP, iPhone 12 and AirPods Pro. Subscriptions: Apple Music, Disney+, HBO and Netflix.

    Is it worth it? Wouldn't it be fine just with the TV smart features (eg AirPlay and integrated streaming apps).

    IR volume control works with the old Siri remote but not the new one?

    Upgraded to the new Apple TV 4K today and I can't get the 2nd gen Siri remote to control my speakers (AudioPro A36) via IR. I was able to learn the codes from the AudioPro remote successfully, but after that the Apple TV remote won't control the speakers. When pointing the new remote at my phone's camera, I can see the IR LED illuminating.

    If I pair the remote from my old Apple TV (the black Siri remote with the big touchpad) to the new Apple TV, everything works fine. Has anyone noticed any similar issues with IR control?

    Airpods Max & Dolby Atmos?

    Hey there,

    i'm at a bit if a loss here. When using the apple tv connected to my home theater system, apps like netflix and disney+ show the available audio label as dolby atmos. as soon as i switch to the airpods max, all the dolby atmos labels disappear and i "only" get the 5.1. labels. spatial audio is on in the settings and all that, but im not sure if the real dolby atmos is passed onto the airpods max? anyone else with this problem? is dolby atmos on airpods max maybe only on apple tv+ ?

    *edit: yeah, that seems to be the issue. when i play atmos tracks in apple music or on apple tv +, i see dolby atmos in the control center menu, whereas with nflix and d+, i only see "multichannel". too bad, hoping that these two update their apps soon to support dolby atmos on the APMs :)

    No scrubbing in apple music when touch is disabled

    Isnt this just an insanly bad user experience when even simple controls wont work when i disable the touch interface? I mean, this is an app from apple(!) and i am using their official siri remote … i cant fast forward or backward, a click to the right just skips the song. Thats a joke.

    Stream 4k HDR file from mac to Apple TV 2021

    Hey guys!
    Is there any way to stream 4K HDR file from my Mac to Apple TV 4K?
    Well, basically I hope there exists some native alternative for PLEX in Apple ecosistem.
    But screen mirroring supports only SDR content as far as I can see.

    Any options?
