- Anybody else noticing that “Unlock with Apple Watch” is working slightly in an annoying way in iOS 15, even when I’m not trying to unlock my phone, not covering my face or wearing a face mask, it unlocks my iPhone using my AW. I suppose it should detect a face mask before it triggers the thing?

| Update to my AFIB Warning Post From 10 Months Ago Posted: 09 Oct 2021 06:20 AM PDT About a few weeks after I posted that my Apple watch saved me from serious AFIB condition, I received another warning on New Years Day. Another trip to the ER where my wife could not accompany me because of COVID restrictions. About 2 hours later, they informed me they were going to have to kick start my heart with a defibrillator. They set the equipment up and then put me out to do the restart. About 2 minutes later I was awakened and the AFIB issue was resolved. I had some burns on my chest where the pads were placed but at least I was ok. After followup with a cardiologist months later I am for the most part AFIB free. I am religious about wearing my Apple Watch and so far so good without any other AFIB warnings since the the restart. Since this time, I have had relatives buy the watch based on my story. And yes, the cardiologist believes the watch is useful to warn people to seek medical help so I think even the medical world is starting to accept it as a valid tool for screening. I replaced my 42 with a Series 4 44 mm model and felt that it was too big. The size of the case dwarfed the watch band. I just preordered the Series 7 41 mm. Little did I know the battery time says "Up to 18 hours".... is this real? I'm really conscious about my sleep patterns so I keep my watch on all the time except when I shower (total 20mn a day)... so the watch isn't going to last unless I charge it every day?? My MiWatch lasts 7 full days on heavy use, full AMOLED display and GPS.. Samsung watch lasts 5 full days and Garmin 3-4 days. I've pre orderd the starlight one but now I'm having second thoughts. I really like the shiny stainless steel also and I like the sapphire glass. I like pretty jewelry so now also thinking About the gold ss. When looking at pictures I can only find men who wear the gold ss. Is it more masculine?
