    How is the Apple Silver Milanese Loop compared to 3rd Party?

    This is one band I've never owned and I planned on getting it with a silver stainless steel S7. My question is how is the quality compared to 3rd party offering's. I own some Apple leather and braided solo loop bands. I've always understood that those are some bands that 3rd parties have a hard time matching up with quality. So would the same pertain to the Apple Milanese loop?

    aluminium, ss or titanium?

    i was wondering which material is better for my new AW S7. i'm a super sporty 18yo boy, who runs and hits the gym. i wear it the whole day to close my rings and keep going with the fucking move streak.

    it has been 6 months that i have my AW S3 (aluminium space grey) but it's all scratched and looks so bad rn my aw s3 rn

    would u recommend me to buy the the SS edition? is it worth it for 300 more bucks??

    btw i dont like cover at all, they make the watch heavy and massive

    Preorder Questions

    I'm planning on preordering the Series 7, but have never preordered an Apple Watch before and had a couple questions for anyone who has done it before.

    First, how to I select the size/case/band I want to order? Is it possible to use the Watch Studio and can I choose whatever band I want, or are there only a few pre-configured options?

    Also any tips for setting stuff up beforehand? Is that even possible?

    Any help is greatly appreciated!

    I am coming from a silver aluminum s4 and i am looking to upgrade to a stainless steel, possibly silver. The aluminum s4 i always thought of as a trial run for an apple watch, which i grew to love, and now that i am upgrading, i am considering if the ss is worth the extra money

    Sending file directly from Apple Watch to someone else?

    So I have a voice note recording on my Apple Watch and I was wondering if there is a way to send that directly from my Apple Watch to another person? I thought it would be possible with whatsapp but u can only send voice messages and not pre-recorded voice notes or anything.

    I got my Apple watch Series 6 40mm 2 months ago. I have optimized charging turned on and I barely reply to notifications from it. Suddenly I found out that my battery is draining so fast even on airplane mode, and the battery health is 98%. Is this normal?

    No Longer Receiving Email Notifications

    I change one of my email addresses every three months to match with my job's login info. I just changed my password for the corresponding email address and am no longer receiving vibrating notifications on my watch. I have already gone in and changed the password in the Apple Watch app and when I navigate to the mail app on my watch, I can see that it refreshes the way it should. The only thing absent is the small pulse along with the on-screen notification of a new message. Have I missed something?

    Problem

    Recently got Apple Watch and I had 2 cards on apple wallet on my iPhone so I used the sync option on the watch app to add them both and I got added to my watch and one didn't so I removed it and synced it again and it's still not showing what should I do???? I really don't wanna unpair it again already did that once for another reason

    How do I put my watch on silent?

    I thought it was on silent, but still if I quietly say to it "start a timer for 30 seconds", it yells back at me that a timer is started for 30 seconds.

    What am I missing here? At night I can whisper something to my watch with no problem, but every time it yells back at me it wakes my husband up.

    Is it worth the upgrade to a series 7 from a series 2?

    Hi there peeps! Long time apple user on phones, Iwatch and I pad and I haven't upgraded my watch since a Series 2, which I am still currently using with no problems but minor scratches. I have been waiting for a watch to come out with more battery life, but it just seems like it isn't going to happen? My series 2 has the same battery life as a 7 and although the new features are amazing, do you think I should wait until they release a better battery life, or do you think that will not be a thing? When I go camping my watch dies the next morning and I feel like it will be the same on the 7 as well, because it's still just 18 hours on the battery life.

    Buying the Series 7 in store on release day (15th of October)

    Hey folks!

    I'll be a first time Apple Watch owner and I would really like to get my hands on it as soon as possible, but I want to try on the Watch with different kinds of colors / band variations.

    I have an Apple Store nearby so getting to one on launch day should be no problem. I was just wondering:

    • if I'd need to somehow still pre-order it a week earlier (8th of October) to make sure that I'll have a unit 'reserved' at the store (but then I don't know which color / band variation I need)
    • or do I need to book a timeslot at the Genius bar
    • or I can just walk in on launch day and buy from store stock (going as early as possible)
    • or something else

    I waited for so long to get a Watch that I want to make sure I can get my hands on it the day it launches (and I can try it on as well). Thanks for the answers!

    Limited timer complication options

    I use my timer complication to measure heart and respiratory rates in patients during auscultation but I noticed yesterday that my custom timer of 12 seconds was missing--and I have not found a way to set it back up. Why do things like this get changed by Apple? This makes no sense to me. Why would I now be limited to certain "stock" timers. If I want a timer for 5 minutes and 22 seconds, I should be able to have a timer set up that way. I appreciate any input regarding how to get my timer complication back to 12 seconds. It is not practical to summon Siri every time I want the timer to start.

    Spotify offline functionality

    If I want to preorder an Apple Watch Series 7 that includes a Sport Loop in the box instead of the standard Solo Loop, can I do this? If I'm getting it as a pickup at my local store, will this impact the estimated time of arrival of it arriving at the store?

    I'm in Australia, in case some things only happen in some regions.

    (yes, its a stupid question, but I don't want any surprises on preorder night)
