    So, (i'm really freaking out) I was at work today, I accidentally left my airpods in the bathroom and some douche took them rather than returning them. I have them registered on Find My Iphone, if they use them will the location update on my phone? Could I find them that way? I dunno man I just want them back. 😭 Any advice is appreciated, thank you for taking the time to read this and respond. (If you do)

    Hey I got this problem on my AirPods today and I don’t know what to to and how to fix it I just put them to charge in the case and when I picked them up they won’t connect and this will keep happening to the pop up screen. Dose anyone know how to fix this or what I should do

    Did I get scammed? Got battery replaced from 3rd-party shop. Now has a lower maximum capacity than before.

    My iPhone 8 is 4 years old. I wanted to give it to a friend. Before doing so, I wanted to get the battery replaced. Initially I took it to Best Buy but they couldn't fix it because of the very minor chip in the corner of the screen. They'd have to replace the screen in order to fix the battery, which would cost more than the phone is worth. So nuts to that.

    Thus, I took it to a third-party repair shop, "UBreakIFix". They replace the battery, but when I get it back, the settings says the battery needs to be serviced and that its "maximum capacity" is 74%, lower than the 4-year-old battery. I pointed this out to the guy, and he said something like "Because this is a brand-new battery, it hasn't been calibrated." And he recommended I drain it to dead, then fully charge it 4 times and that'll solve it. I do that and it has had no effect. I reset the phone and it had no effect.

    Is there any validity to the assertion that killing & recharging the battery would affect its status in the settings? Can this "74%" be trusted? Did I get scammed?

    I got a lost iPhone alert that I didn’t activate

    It's 4am as shown in the screenshot and I was deep asleep, I've woken up to my phone ringing, making that ' find my iPhone tone' so I kept silencing it until that popped up on my screen but I didn't activate that.

    The number on the screen isn't my number, it belongs to someone else

    I've changed my Apple ID password and signed out every other device, I don't know if that helps What should I do ? What does this mean ?

    Photo storage with ICloud On?

    Hello,

    I noticed my Photos app is taking up 10gigs of storage on my device. It's taking up more than 10 on my ICloud which is fine. I'm just curious why it's being taken up in two places.

    I checked my settings and ICloud photos are on. I also have optimized selected. I've checked the photos app as well as ICloud sections and it's identical.

    I never noticed this before in ios14. Is this a new thing with ios15 maybe?

    Is there anyway to clear this?

    **Ive noticed the same thing on my iPad but it's only about 4 gigs over there.

    Is it safe to use my Apple Charging Brick with other Cables

    Hello Everyone! Just needed some quick info. I am packing for travelling, and I have a B&0 A1 Bluetooth speaker, and it had a cable with it. Now, they didn't give any brick with it. Sol am asking if is it safe to use my Apple iPhone 11's brick that was shipped with it, to use with this cable to charge my speaker. Thanks in Advance!!

    Whenever I try and download another app, the apps that I previously deleted, or cancels the download, come back and download again. This also happens when I add more money to my account through a gift card. Any way to stop it without having to reset everything?

    How do you clean or fix "sticky" keys on Macbook Air 2021?

    So a little bit of beer spilled on some of my keys on my macbook air, and now the keys are sticky :(

    I tried cleaning the keys (from the outside) with alcohol and cotton swabs and compressed air, but it didn't really work, and the sticky-ness still persists.

    Does anyone know how to make the keys become more "springy" or normal again? Maybe Apple offers a service for this? Any help on this would be super appreciated.

    How to access photos in old iPhone backup files?

    Hey guys,

    Need some help fixing a cluster of rookie errors on my behalf…

    For a few years I would save all my photos to my camera roll, and then save a backup of my iphone to an external harddrive to make a copy of the photos. I have 6 different backups spanning 5 years of photos.

    1) How can I access the photos in these backups?

    2) To add to the mix, i can't remember the password i would have used when making the backup…

    Are there any programs or apps that could help? Happy to pay.

    My Apple ID got disabled with ~£100 of credit left on it, how can I atleast get my money back?

    I recently created an Apple ID and naturally went to spend money on it. I had gotten errors such as "unable to make purchase" which i ended up contacting support (after finding no help elsewhere). They said they could fix it, and it did... temporarily. It ended up being a 50/50 bet on whether any purchase I make would be successful. I recently topped up £90 of apple credit totalling at £97 and went to spend some of it on a game. I got the "unable to make purchase" error once again and decided to try again in 20 or so minutes. When I went to try to make the purchase again I got a new message, "your apple ID has been disabled in the app store and Itunes". I then decided to phone support about this and the conversation basically ended up as "we cannot re-enable your account, it has breached terms & conditions". I asked them how to refund my money which was left on that account as 'apple id funds' and they said that I cannot refund it??? I do not understand at all and stealing my money for seemingly no reason shouldn't be legal. Does anyone know how I can get my money back? Thanks.

    I left out some things to try to keep it short.

    TL;DR My apple ID was disabled for what I theorise to be an error on apples side disallowing me from making purchases despite me contacting support and them saying they will fix it in at least 24hrs. They said I cannot get a refund of the £100 of apple credit left on the account.

    Cant pair my ear buds with ipad

    Very annoying AirPods Pro behavior

    Whenever I take the AirPods out of my ear, it should pause and stop immediately. Instead, it'll play for an additional 2 seconds over my speakers so everyone in the bathroom can hear my podcast. How do I fix this

    How to change flash to default instead of night mode when it’s dark??

    I know your phone can decide whether the you need flash or night mode but when you whip out your phone to take a quick pic it's frustrating when it's ruined by night mode. I know you can use the menu in the camera app to switch over to flash pretty easily but it's still annoying to do every time.

    btw I have an 11 pro max with iOS 15

    Has anyone ever had problems with iCloud Keychain not syncing? (iPhone and Mac)

    Just got a new MacBook Pro on macOS Big Sur 11.6 and even though Keychain is checked in iCloud settings on this device and my phone (iPhone 11 on iOS 15.0.1), none of the passwords I have on my phone are showing on my Mac. I also can't disable Keychain on either devices for some reason (the toggle immediately slides back to on).

    Backing up IPhone With Screen Not Working

    My IPhone 8's screen has finally kicked it to the point that I can't quite tap the left side of the screen to enter the password. I have another phone that I want to transfer it to but I can't since the old phone can't be accessed.

    I've tried backing it up but it gives me the "unlock device to use accessory" prompt when I go to plug it into my computer. The amount of photos and other things on my phone is too much for my ICloud storage.

    I'm at kind of a standstill with it and really want the data (photos, game data etc.) . Any help would be super appreciated
