    Transfering files from iPhone to PC/Android ?

    Hello guys, I guess it is almost 2 days of how I'm trying to move all my photos from iPhone to PC or Android

    The idea is that I have an Pixel and I have unlimited storage in Google Photo, but the idea is that it's not that easy to move ur photos and video which weight about 20 GB from one device to another I've tried Google Drive, but it just doesn't load all photos which I select ( just believe, it just doesn't upload all my photo )

    I would've tried Telegram, but limit is 100 documents per 1 message

    I tried to import them to PC, but EXIF stuff or how it is named - it just messes ur photo, like rotating them

    I've found a program nammed SimpleTrasnfer, but limit is 50 photo/video, because u have to pay if u want more

    Also iCarePhone is the same almost

    Didn't tried DropBox because it has small amount of space

    And Mega as I know, doesn't let ya download more than 500 MB per day...

    So.. guys, what can u suggest me to try for transfering about 20 GB from iPhone to PC/Android ?

    iPhone 6 Plus Apps no longer updating

    I have an iPhone 6 Plus and an Apple TV 4K, both with the latest available IOS. The Apple TV is set to automatically update Apps, and has been doing so. For my phone, I always do it manually. But since 2 days ago I can't update Apps. I plan to upgrade my phone soon, but haven't yet.

    Last month I changed my Apple ID email address, because the address I was using will be deactivated at the end of this month. I've read that Apps you download are tied to the email address they were downloaded under, but also read that simply changing your Apple ID email will not cause you to lose Apps or purchases.

    Since doing so, I've had no trouble updating Apps on my phone until 2 days ago. So I don't think it's related to that.

    2 days ago I had 5 Apps showing they need updates. Whether I do them all at once or one at a time, they will go through the update download, and then just say update again. The App has a blue dot and can be opened, but the App store shows it still has to update.

    I tried deleting one App that I don't use much. Then I tried re-downloading from the App store. It goes through the download, then just shows a circle again. The App remains transparent and stuck and I can't do anything but remove it, so now I can't even get that App back.

    I don't have low power mode on. I tried restarting my phone, reset / restarting it. Signing out and back in to the App store, trying different WiFi networks and my cellular network. Last night I turned on automatic updates, left my phone plugged in and connected to WiFi all night, but still no change.

    Is my phone just too old that it will just no longer do updates? I am low on storage (58.8 GB used out of 64) but it's been that way for a long time (actually was a little past 59) and I've had no trouble updating until now.

    Any ideas? Thank you very much.

    searching within a txt file

    Seems simple, but I can't figure out how to search for a string within a txt file on my iphone12 (running the latest ios)

    yet to find an app that allows me to store the file and also do a "find" or something like it.

    Can someone give me a hint?

    Weird Control Center Glyph

    What's that one control center toggle that has a circle with three curved lines? It kinda looks like an offset Spotify logo (but ofc it's not). I don't have it in my control center or even as an option to add, so I don't have screenshots, but I know someone out there has it on their phone.

    Safari Cookie Requirements

    I've been running on iOS 14.7.1 since it was released and it works just fine until now. Then suddenly I am unable to sign in to whatever accounts I have (I've tried on several sites) via web browser (Safari and even DuckDuckGo).

    They keep redirecting me to here Cookies required to use Safari and force me to allow cookies to be stored on my device if I want to be able to sign in via web browser.

    Then when I click that link, it says "Recent versions of Safari have new cookie requirements to improve security. To continue, you must allow cookies." And they attach another link: Safari cookie blocking for me to just read, with no option to opt out.

    The odd thing is, why now all of sudden? It's not like I just updated my iOS to 14.7.1, and I was even able to sign in anywhere just fine earlier today. This happened out of nowhere after I charged my phone, and I didn't change anything on Settings. The only different thing than usual might be I left my DNS protection on while my phone was being charged. I tried to turn it off and restart the Safari and DuckDuckGo though, but still doesn't work.

    What should I do? Is it safe to just allow it? But then again, it gives me no choice to refuse in the first place. But maybe there's another alternative solution that I can try first before I click the continue button? I'm a bit concerned because this happened suddenly in the middle of the day when it worked completely normal before.

    Edit: turned out I can't open Appstore too, it keeps loading. I've tried restarting my phone but found no different result.

    How to reset iOS 14.7 "Faces" and Face / People recognition? - iOS mixed every face / people with each other.

    I have around 90k photos on my phone and icloud and this morning every face and people on my iPhone 11 pro max got mixed with each other, so i got mixed with my children (and now ios thinks i am my children), my parent with my children etc, even female friends got mixed with my male friends (wtf?).

    Is there a way to reset the entire face / people recognition in the photo gallery? its a pain in the ass to manually mark every photo and correct this bug that mixed all people together.

    Strange tho, since it worked fine yesterday (and no, i havent done anything).

    Iphone wont automatically add "peoples" albums

    Hey guys,
    Im having my iphone for a month now and have alot of photos of my firends and family, yet the photos app wont automatically populate peoples albums for all of them like google photos does.

    Is this normal - and i need to create them myself or should i change something in the settings for it to work automatically?

    Maybe because i dont have i-cloud storage for them all this is not happening?

    iMac help

    I had a I make for a long time but it was never used because it was on Yosemite 10.10.5 recently I downloaded high Sierra on the iMac and there was a glitch on the utilities screen and I clicked erase on my disk and now there is a screen when I boot up my computer with a circle and a slash that look like thisthis And btw I cannot use the modifier keys on my keyboard because for some reason they are not set up correctly they are mixed up.

    Also the reason I want to do this is to use this iMac as a monitor for my MacBook. Is this cable called hdmi cable or thunderbolt cable?

    How to best manage my photos

    My problem:

    I would like to use the stock iOS photos app to view my photos. However, I am using a 3D party client to sync my photos as I am migrating away from iCloud to Icedrive.

    My photo flow is the following:

    Photo is taken on phone > photo is on local storage and upload to 3D party using its sync feature > photo is stored in the 3D party app but can be viewed in the photos app.

    I do like the orginaztion and feel of the stock app and would like to keep that, however I'm not sure if this integration is built into the stock OS.

    Does anyone have insight into this request?

    Anyone else having issues installing apps at the monent?

    Hey guys.

    I've just recently encountered this issue and it's something I've never seen before.

    Basically when you try to download an app it starts to download normally (clockwise animation on app icon), but then the app goes black and doesn't install.

    When you tap on the blacked app it just repeats the same cycle over again.

    live wallpapers on iphone XR

    I just noticed today that I'm unable to haptic touch on my lock screen wallpaper to show the live photo. Has anyone else experienced this issue and is there a way to fix it? (I know that the iPhone xr lacks 3d touch but it originally had the option to use live photos for your lockscreen)

    Latest update stopped my phone from getting any signal and deleted my digital sim

    Apparently this was an issue with a recent beta which was not fixed on the latest version. Basically, I use a US eSim and a UK physical sim and today they both randomly stopped working. My phone now says it doesn't have the eSim and it has no signal for the physical sim. Was there ever a fix for this?

    Edit: for clarity, this is ios 14.7.1, not beta

    Is there an app that lists all time zones out there?

    Having a difficult time finding a decent one. I'm looking for something that doesn't use states, but rather time zone names instead. I thought there would be something basic that just listed MST, PST, etc. but it appears there isn't one. Not interested in using world clock. Also, don't mind spending $ for the app. Thank you.

    Wireless charging stopped working, fixed with restart

    Move to ios app not working

    For some reason, move to ios app is not working. It gives me a transfer error message on the android phone and "unable to migrate" on iphone. Anyone have the same issue or anyone know how to fix this? Im only trying to transfer sms messages.

    The android device is a google pixel 4a with 128gb storage and the ios device is a iphone se 2020 with 64gb storage.

    iPhone Calendar events deleted after syncing

    iPhone SE 2020. I made a mistake and synced a calendar from an app (Dayforce, for work) to my personal gmail calendar. Now all my scheduled work shifts have overridden the personal events I had originally had planned, even past ones.

    I realise that next time, I should create a new calendar just for work, and select that when syncing.

    The weird thing is, some events still remain, with no apparent pattern as to why certain ones survived.

    PLEASE HELP, I have a lot of important reminders that I didn't write anywhere else!
