| Posted: 29 Jun 2021 12:05 AM PDT A while ago I used up my iPhone's 50GB iCloud storage so, pictures stopped uploading to it after that. Still, I took lots of pictures with my phone and now, a long while later, I was deciding to give my iPhone to a family member of mine, though, I would have to clear my phone. Therefore, I bought the 200GB storage for iCloud to have them on my new iPhone and Mac but and none of my items have uploaded yet. I checked in settings and everything should be set for the photos and videos to upload to it. I checked the bottom of the Photos app and it shows that none of my items that were supposed to upload after the upgrade in iCloud storage have done so. When I click "Manage Storage" it simply prompts me to buy the 2TB storage despite my measly 2000 pictures obviously not taking up 200GB. How do I upload my items to iCloud? | Posted: 28 Jun 2021 11:06 PM PDT what are you guys battery health % at and when did you get it and what's your average weekly screen time. i'm trying to figure out why my battery health is so low i'm currently sitting at 87% battery health and i got my 12 mini 3 months after release . or is this a known thing for the 12 mini battery health is decrease quickly. i only average about 40 hours a week of screen time and i mostly just listen to music and browse social media [link] [comments]  |

It asks me for my password and when I type it a box for my billing info comes up. I click accept and it just sends me back to the first screen where it asks for my password. | iPhone 6S Plus restarting at random times Posted: 28 Jun 2021 09:57 PM PDT I have an iPhone 6S plus running iOS 14.3; battery is at 58% charge. I also checked that battery health which is currently at 87% and my phone says it is still performing at peak optimization. This is the 32 GB version, and I have roughly 2GB of storage left. I've recently off loaded unused apps hoping that might resolve the issue, but no luck. My phone has restarted a couple of times on its own. The last time it restarted, I was sending an iMessage and right in the middle of typing it, my phone just rebooted on its own. I don't remember what apps were running in the background, but I'm sure it was Reddit and Safari. I don't recall having anything else open at the time. Just now, it restarted again while browsing Reddit using the Reddit app (not Bacon Reader or anything like that, it's just the straight Reddit app). This time I wasn't typing. I was just scrolling through my feed. The other apps running in the background at the time it just now rebooted are YouTube, Messages, Notes, and Safari. When my phone rebooted, I immediately swiped all the apps that were running away before reopening Reddit to make this post. Other random issues: iMessages sometimes fails to send, but plain text messages will go through. Bluetooth and WiFi are off, only cellular service is being used. This phone was gifted to me a few years ago from my parents, so I suspect it was purchased from Walmart. I've had this phone since 2016/2017, so I've had it a few years. I've never dropped it, it's always been in a case since I received it, and it's never been near water. I only recharge it when the battery is at 10% or less to make sure I'm taking care of the battery. Sometimes, I will intentionally let the phone completely die before I charge it. I don't know if the battery may be glitching on me, but I'm hoping to get another 2-3 years out of the phone before I'm forced to upgrade The only weird thing that I can think might be culprit is my phone was caught up in a string of numbers that had a porn site advertisement with a potential virus link sent via text messages. I never opened the text based on the header. But I've never so much as looked at porn, but I know the text was sent to every phone number from my hometown beginning with 90** through 95**, and my number was on that list along with several others that I know. I just deleted the messages without opening them not knowing what fresh hell may be within it. I've thought about manually rebooting my phone, but since it's rebooting on its own at random, I'm not sure that's actually going to help in this situation. | iPhone XS both cameras suddenly stopped working Posted: 28 Jun 2021 09:11 PM PDT iPhone XS iOS 14.6 (latest software as of writing this), both front and rear cameras stopped working at once. And I mean suddenly. I didn't drop the phone, the screen is fully intact, it hasn't really gotten wet, or submerged. Only possible outside factor is it was unusually hot today, but the phone wasn't left outside, or in the sun or anything. It seems software related, as both went out at once. [link] [comments]  |

I first noticed with Audible and tested it with Apple Music and it does the same. I have the 12 pro max and use first gen airpods. Anyone else have this issue and know how to make it stop? If I try setting up my other iPhone with a back up from my iCloud, my earliest back up is June 23rd from this phone. However I know my phone has been backing up prior to this. I had to factory reset this phone over a year ago. I set it up with a back up, but since then it has been backing up. Where have all my other back ups gone? | Cannot download photos from iPhone 11 to Windows 10 Posted: 28 Jun 2021 11:45 AM PDT I have tried everything I can think of but when I open the iPhone in Windows Explorer, only to get the message that the folder is empty. The phone shows up in iTunes and syncs. I need to get thee older images to my media drive to make room for a trip. I am flummoxed, any help in unflummoxing me will be appreciated. The main computer is a two year old dell and the phone is an 11 Pro Max. Windows and iOS are both up to date. What I have done so far: 3 different cables 3 different computers, one was Win 7. All clean boots or reboots Deleting all the Apple drivers I can find on the computer. REsetting the privacy settings on the phone and re-enabling them as asked. [link] [comments]  |

| iphone 12 mini no service issue Posted: 28 Jun 2021 04:14 PM PDT Randomly in the morning I get no service or "searching" on my phone for no reason. And the only thing that fixes it is doing a full restore via iTunes. Today I hard restarted the phone because I had another issue of it not charging but getting hot on the Samsung wireless charger (been happening for awhile now, also randomly). When it rebooted I again have no service. Running iOS 14.6 but this started happening on the previous versions as well. Can't find jack sh*t online and Apple is useless. Wtf is wrong with this phone? Service provider did everything they could, I also confirmed SIM card works with other devices. 5G is disabled. I'm pissed. Also, interesting thing is whenever this happens the "mobile data" page under settings is completely blank when I tap it. There's no settings there. 🤦🏻♂️ [link] [comments]  |

I tried looking up the solution on google but the solutions never work, or the suggested settings don't exist anymore The headset I use require external power so I use a lighting adapter, but I doubt that's the cause. | iPhone SE (2nd edition) slow photo save Posted: 28 Jun 2021 02:17 PM PDT OS 14.3 (afraid to upgrade due to reports of poor battery life, waiting for 15.0), USA phone. 128gb memory, almost all still available. Purchased about two months ago, network-unlocked. When I shoot still photos there is a notable lag, sometimes 5-10 seconds or even more, between the time I tap the shutter and it goes "click" until the picture shows up in the "last picture taken" box at the bottom right of the screen or in the camera roll. Occasionally a picture never appears at all (I think), particularly if I shoot several pictures one right after the other. Doesn't seem to make any difference if I've set the camera to save in HEIC or (my preference) JPG. Edit (addition): Turning off the phone and restarting it doesn't fix the problem. I got everything back all my apps and pictures. However my Snapchat isn't working. I already logged out of my appleID from my old phone. Every time I open the app, it glitches and kicks me out. I've deleted the app and redownloaded twice and it's still doing it. Is it my phone that's the problem or is it Snapchat's problem? [link] [comments]  |
