I am from Japan, and most of the transactions are done by touching iphone to reader and all. But everytime I do it, I have to pull out the mask for face scan. Its annoying as store worker looks at us even weirdly.

I have an iPhone XS Max and I'm wondering if it is worth it for me to get airtags. What limitations will I have with an older generation iPhone? Is it still worth it for me to purchase them or should I wait until I get a newer iPhone?

Wireless charging vs. magnetic car mount

Hi everyone, I'm the proud owner of an iPhone SE 2020 for about 7 months now. I drive an older car without CarPlay (or the option of CarPlay), and I've been using a magnetic car mount for years.

I started taking advantage of the wireless charging if I know I'll be sat at my computer for a while. Of couse, with the magnetic plate in place, wireless charging won't work. I "fixed" this by mounting the metal plate more towards the top of the iPhone (the bottom barely touching the Apple logo), and wireless charging works, but it's awfully slow and heats the phone up even worse. I have a Spigen Liquid Air case on it if that matters.

Did anyone of you solve this somehow? Or should I just give up and get a regular car mount?
