“Find My” Sharing Myself, but Cannot see friends

Is there an issue with the latest dev 14.4 to where people can successfully see yourself but cannot view them? I've looked up fixes and nothing is working of course so I'm wondering if it's bug related. I have a handful of people in my list so it's not the issue of one person having offset time. It worked two days ago but not yesterday or this morning (from Chicago).
