Made the switch from Android and went all in. S6 and 12pro

I had to have a pacemaker put in at the end of last year and am damn proud of my progress so far thanks to my Apple Watch!
I got my first Apple Watch which is a 40 MM SE. Loving it so far! Compels me to move and hit those circles.
First time AW user, it’s a completely new experience for me! 40mm nike SE with spigen rugged armor pro
Upgraded from my Series 3 to the SE in 42mm, love it!

I didn’t realize how physical my job was until I got my AW.
Decided to buy one of the ‘new’ Nike sport bands for my S4. I’ve only previously had the sport loop so having a new band does makes it feel like a new watch. Anyone know the exact sizing for the S/M and M/L bands you get with a 44mm watch?
Is there anything in WatchOS 7.3 that would benefit AW3?
At first glance I was upset by this watch face. Now I’m using it cause I understood how this is the closest watch face I will ever have to the Nike edition ones, if you know what I mean
Updated collection, convinced my SO to get a 44mm as well :)

I'm a teacher (currently in a covid-free paradise so I'm teaching face-to-face) and I genuinely didn't realize how active this job was until I got my watch a few weeks ago.

Obviously there is a lot of computer work and marking, but I always hit my 12 hour stand goal without trying, and the 660kcal move goal is a bit of a breeze as well. For reference, I exercised for 20 min before work, and by the end of the day I'd hit 916kcal/51 min exercise/15hr standing 😯

I used to work a desk job and I'd time a 10 minute break every 2 hours to get my Fitbit steps!

I've been making a big effort to exercise each morning for mental health reasons, but damn, I really am up and moving way more than I thought.

The prompt to breathe, on the other hand, has come in waaay more handy than I could've possibly anticipated...!

Are there any habits or trends that have surprised you since you've reached singularity?
