    My first iPhone ever seems to be randomly not having a connection to wlan even though I am sitting right next to my access point and my other devices such as my pc don't have problems. Therefore I think it's related to these iPhone. I never had issues with my Android device. I also read some people have problems with mobile network but since everything is locked down, I am sitting at home where I definitely don't switch cell towers. Any advice?

    Can I undo changes done on iOS 14?

    Yes I'm super late to the party but I just got iOS 14. I see so many customizable options for iOS 14 like changing icon colours/pictures and adding widgets. I want to try it out but can I undo it? I found an app that will change it all but if I hate it, can I go back to my old icons? And if so, how? TIA!

    I see Arabic text a lot on my iPhone X and I don’t know why. My native language is English. As far as I can tell I have no Arabic fonts or keyboards installed. Any info is welcome. Thank you all in advance!

    Many years ago, I used to play a game on the app store that I can't seem to find. It was a game where you fought using cards, not physically but by winning poker hands (like getting a three of a kind). I recall it being a 2d game with different areas and bosses of different difficulties. Any ideas would greatly help!

    iOS 14 and random ringer full volume

    Anyone else have this issue? My phone will randomly put the ringer at full volume, no idea what's causing it. It seemed to do it after the 14.3 update. 11 pro if it matters.

    iPhone 12 bad video quality on instagram feed

    I recently noticed that every video on instagram that I watch (IG-TV, reels or regular videos) look really bad in terms of video quality. The videos look blurry and not even HD.

    I've tested the same videos with my friends' iPhone 11 and 12 and my brothers iPhone 11. They didn't have this problem, even though a friend of mine had the same iPhone as I did.

    I tried reinstalling the app and restarting my phone, but without result. It's also not my internet connection, because my brother tried to watch the videos connected to the same wifi channel. The weird thing is, whenever I sign in on instagram on Safari, the videos look crispier and of better quality.

    Is this problem related to the instagram app and not to my phone? I feel like I'm the only one having this problem, because I haven't seen any posts on the internet yet.

    I recently reverted my iPhone to an old backup and I want to do this again, but my phone now says it has no backups saved. Is there any way to restore the old backups on my phone?

    I'm trying this because I want to restore notes on my phone that randomly vanished, but the first time I tried reverting my phone iCloud immediately updated the notes app back to it's most recent state. Super hopeful I can get them back but Apple is closing every door on me :(

    Mail notifications, 3D Touch and FaceID/Passcode on lock screen

    Hello, everybody,

    is my first post here and I do it after searching for days for the problem I put below.

    Since I've upgraded to iOS 14, when I receive an email notification on the lock screen (from the Mail application) if I want to use 3D touch to mark it as read, delete it or preview it completely (not the notification preview itself but the one from 3D Touch) I have to unlock it first using FaceID or the passcode.

    Until iOS 14 this was not the case, if you wanted to delete it you were asked to unlock it, but if it was only to mark it as read or to read a preview larger than the notification one it was not necessary to unlock it.

    I have the notifications in always and I have activated the notification center and the replies in FaceID.

    Is this a new feature of iOS 14 or is it a bug? I have also tried it on my girlfriend's mobile (iOS 14) and on the iPad Pro (iPad 14) and the same thing is happening to them. Before it would not have been a problem, but now with the use of masks it is an inconvenience.

    If it doesn't recognize my face, it asks me for the passcode when doing 3DTouch on the notification.

    If I don't enter the code, I get this message instead of the preview.

    Do I have malware on my iPhone? Something weird just happened

    • what appears to be my dad calls me on WhatsApp
    • I hear a little girls voice, I say hello a few times and she hangs up
    • I check my phone and WhatsApp call log and this call isn't there
    • I confirm with my dad that he didn't make the call
    • one odd detail that I ignored for a few days is that my phone has all of a sudden asked me to enter my appleID password, which I have ignored. I wasn't trying to download any apps or anything, so I'm not sure why it prompted the password. Perhaps because I'm on 14.0.1?

    I don't have any strange apps, my phone isn't jailbroken, and I haven't visited any strange sites: mainly Reddit and YouTube.

    Does my phone have a virus? Or does his??
