iphoneX 14.2 battery drain/heat question

Hi, i have a iphone X on 14.2 with 76% Battery health. When i updated to 14.2 I used to get severe battery drain/overheating issues.

One day I forgot to charge my phone when I went to bed as it was on 20%. I woke up and it was dead so I let it charge up to 100%.

I've noticed now the battery drain is gone? And no longer experience heat issues.

I have never let the phone 'die' on me before. Did the phone reconfigure itself on ios 14.2 or something? I've heard people say iphones sometimes take time to configure itself when its updated to a new software update.

I am thinking of upgrading to iphone 11 pro/Max eventually.

Just wanted any idea what made the phone to function correctly after a full charge from 0%?

Display Problem

Looking for any solutions to a problem i've been facing with my iPhone X. It was working fine until recently i factory reset it to erase all the data and now the screen blacks out or glitches. When the phone is turned off and i turn it on, it glitches with a white screen and the display doesn't turn on while the touch seems to be working fine. I even tried a DFU restore twice but it still gives the same problem and the display gives even more issues snd refuses to turn on in cold weather. If you know about any fixes please let me know
