    [Tip] Memecity KernBypass Method Working With Some VMWare Apps

    Hey everybody,

    I work with a company that uses VMWare Hub to set up MDM BYOD certifications/profiles for work place applications. I know for awhile VMWare Applications have been hard to bypass the jailbreak detection.

    If you all didn't know, because I just found it out tonight, KernBypass v0.0.4 using the Memecity Method is working for most VMWare applications.

    With my setup I have KernBypass v0.0.4 and Choicy. Most of my work apps don't have jailbreak detection but some do like VMWare Hub, Web, and some apps that require the Web app because they connect.

    So I only have Hub, Web, and Pokémon Go selected in KernBypass and I have tweaks disabled in choicy for the same apps. Plist has been renamed as lined out in the Memecity method post and var/lib/apt has been renamed as well as outlined in the post.

    As of right now, I can access the Web application and load company data through it with no detection. I have not tried opening the Hub application yet and probably not going to because everything is working without messing with it.

    Just wanted to give the info in case somebody else was having the same issue with jailbreak detection and work place services like MDM.

    Hey guys, my Wife has it in her head I'm cheating on her, and I'm not. The worst I might do is complain to a friend via text message abt her (normal shit) or look at some boobs somewhere. I'm 99% sure she is looking through my phone. Are there any tweaks I can use to either maybe have two separate app layouts depending on the passcode entered, or some way to log all unlock entries? I'm not a fan of having my privacy invaded, even if I'm not up to anything wrong, but I also don't want to catch shit for telling my best friend that my wife is PMSing and acting like a lunatic or something and having her snoop through my msgs to find it.

    Hello, I jailbroke my 11 pro on IOS 13 I believe some time ago, but havent done it since just because I don't really have a reason to. Im on IOS 14 currently and noticed that the Hondalink app that I need for my car won't work because it thinks my phone is still jailbroken. I read around and from my understanding, the only way to completety remove jailbreak is to boot into DFU and do a clean restore.

    The problem is that my phone won't boot into DFU mode at all. the instructions are to quickly press vol up and vol down, then hold side button till screen turns off, switch to holding vol down and power for 5 seconds, then stop holding power but keep holding vol down for at least 5 more secs. These are the correct steps right? for me my phone just shows the apple logo after the last step and then reboots normally. Yes, Ive tried connecting it to a PC during the steps and the same thing happens, though I am on windows if that matters.

    Is anyone else also having/has had this issue? Did you find a solution?
