| iPhone 11 pro max smart case not working Posted: 05 Sep 2020 08:11 PM PDT i just watched a 2 hour movie and my phone never went down to 58% after it was done. for the first time i used a power strip to charge my phone, but when i look in the charging port of the smart case i see a lot of dust. but how would that be the problem if it charged to 100%? and now when i try to charge it, it's stuck at 97% [link] [comments]  |

The phone space was 255GB used out of 256GB. Switched the phone off in hopes of restarting it. It never switched on anymore. Can't use the phone anymore. Do not want to restore the phone as there is valuable stuff on there. Cannot update it either because there's less then a GB of space. [link] [comments]  |
| Potentially Repairing Partially Water Damaged SE Posted: 05 Sep 2020 11:31 AM PDT I got a bit of water on my iPhone SE (2020) several days ago, and started using it again after I thought I had dried it off enough. A couple of days later, I began to have issues with the screen, and now it is almost always discolored with some lines running down the length of the phone. There is also a bit of a problem at the bottom of the touch screen, where the touch sensing has become inconsistent and difficult to use. I checked the water damage indicator, and it was red, so Apple won't be any help, but I've realized that if the only issues are related to the display, the damage may be limited to the screen. | Unable to connect to WiFi /Incorrect Password - iPhone 6, Software Version iOS 13.3 Posted: 05 Sep 2020 11:05 AM PDT Does anyone here have any good solutions to solving the 'unable to connect to Wifi even though the password typed is correct' problem? I have been using my home WiFi for years now with my iPhone and had no issues and only recenty have I experienced this issue. Other Apple devices from family members can connect automatically. I tried all the solutions online, including turning on/off Airplane mode, disabling WiFi Assist, toggling WiFi button, Reset Network Settings, and hard iPhone reset. I also power-cycled/reset my router. The only last resort would be to do a factory reset, but I would like some more suggestions before resorting to this route. Any help appreciated. Thanks! | iCloud doesn't want to connect to the internet! Help! Posted: 05 Sep 2020 03:56 PM PDT So 2 days ago my phone got locked itself in the reboot loop (didn't want to pass from the apple logo when you restart the iphone), I was listening to music on spotify and somehow out of nowhere it started to reboot. And after a day of making it go to recovery mode and sometimes dfu mode and back, it responded. But I also tried to update it in recovery mode, it didn't work until it actually started to update on its own (a little loading bar below the apple logo on starting mode) and of course it had to restore its settings. I was happy bc I know I have an icloud backup from june. I will lose some pics I saved through two months but I'll live with it (better than nothing). But every single time I try to backup the loading bar loads very very little and is stuck there for a few minutes before it says it couldn't backup bc it lost connection to the internet. Even if I stay close to the modem it does this anyways. Can someone help me?? I also checked the data on icloud.com and its there. But somehow the iphone doesn't want to recover anything. | My iPhone 11 has horrible connection to WiFi networks Posted: 05 Sep 2020 03:44 PM PDT Anyone else have issues either staying on WiFi or just getting overall weak connection to WiFi networks? I thought it was just my phone but most of my family upgraded to the 11 and we all have this issue ; and it seems like either nothing will load on WiFi unless we turn off and on multiple times or videos just buffer and degrade all the time. Any tips or tricks? We have a 2.4ghz and 5.0ghz newer WiFi modem and only have these lag issues with our phones. Thanks for the help. [link] [comments]  |

I have tried calling another phone in the same room and it will create a feedback loop from the noise picked up on the other phone, but you still can't hear me talking. I can use the phone if I plug in one pair of apple headphones. My other pair's microphone won't work on this phone but will work on the other phone. Help. [link] [comments]  |

I tried to put it in dfu mode to restore it but it didn't help. I have Also seen these type of spots at the edge of my phone. I realised that the spots are just the colour of the aluminium being scratched away. However, I use a case on phone. | Help all my iPhone data vanished Posted: 05 Sep 2020 03:18 AM PDT So my iPhone was blocked on a boot loop , and an apple adviser on the phone told me to restore it , I clicked on restore and they said that all my things will be deleted but that I will be able to recover it all from iTunes or something like that when the iPhone has been restored. Cut to act half of my pictures and important notes and gone, and are not on iCloud also. iCloud is saying that it's no longer storing my things because my storage is full, so my question is , if I buy or make more storage available, will all my other not backed up things start backing up ?
