    That’s me in the white. Guess what I left in my pocket during this 40ft dive for a half hour with no case or anything. Guess what came out of the water completely unscathed with no issues. Love my 11 Pro Max

    iPhone 11 users: do you find your phone too big? Would you get the 5.4inch iPhone 12?

    Hi all,

    I'm an iPhone 6 user planning to upgrade to iphone 12, but unsure if I will want the 6.1 or 5.4 inch. I borrowed a friend's iPhone 11 (which is 6.1 inches) and it seems HUGE. He said he got used to it and likes it, but looking for second opinions.

    So does anyone who owns an iPhone 11 or XR feel like their phone is too big, and they'd rather have a 5.4 inch screen? Or is bigger usually better in this case?

    How are Google services on an iPhone?

    My last iPhone was a 5c. Ever since iOS 8 i only had Android phones and i invested myself into the google eco-system. I've been thinking of making the switch once the iPhone 12 releases but i was wondering how the google services are. Is it possible to use Google Photos and backup my stuff? And can i use Google Calender or am i stuck with the default apps?

    Is the iPhone upgrade program generally available at launch with the new phones?

    I'm an Android user for over 10 years. I'll be joining the iPhone club for the first time with the iPhone 12. I noticed that Apple has an iPhone upgrade program that seems to cost the same amount as the phone + apple care spread out over 24 months, and you can trade in your phone every 12 months to get the latest model. Is that option typically available when Apple releases the new phones? Do I have to do anything special to sign up for it?

    Looking for an app that tracks screen on time since 100%

    Firstly i apologize if this isn't the right sub to ask this question, I couldn't find any other subs like r/androidapps for iPhone

    I've tried searching but I keep getting results relating to the native screen time tracker, which only tracks the time you've used certain apps in the past 24 hours

    My previous phone was a Oneplus 7 Pro, and one thing I liked about the battery settings is that it tracked your screen on time since the battery was last fully charged ( or actually, starting from 90 or 95% I believe )

    I hope this makes sense. Does anyone know of an app that does this , or does iOS already do this somewhere I've missed in the settings ?

    I'm using an iPhone XR and I love this phone! Just trying to get a good idea of how much battery life I'm actually getting with the screen on. I really don't know how a lot of you claim you're getting x amount of hours screen on time ! Where/how do you measure this !

    Optimized Charging works with wireless chargers

    I've read multiple times on "teh internets" that optimized charging (the feature introduced in iOS13) only works with wired chargers. This prevented me from using this as my overnight charging solution. Then I read 1 comment someone saying it should work. I contacted Apple Support just in case and with that they also confirmed it should not matter if it's wireless or wired.

    Low and behold, it does actually work.
    No more fiddling in the dark with cables at the bedside.

    Does this maybe have to do with different brands acting differently?

    Best and quickest way to do an inverse google image search on iOS?

    I used to do it on chrome by going on images.google.com and requesting the desktop version of the page, but it looks like this method isn't working anymore. There's another method?

    Are there any see through widgets to use as placeholders on the Home Screen and allow for customization of where to place apps?

    I was hoping to find a widget that I can place on my Home Screen that is transparent. One that simply takes up space on the grid layout, to allow you to put apps anywhere. For example placing the widget at the top of the home screen, to force the apps to be in the middle by themselves. Does that make sense?

    Any recommendations for decent iPhone compatible OBD2 scanners? Preferably Bluetooth, but a WiFi one would be okay if that's all there is. Or even a connected one.

    Thanks for any help. It seems like there's many more Android scanners. I'd prefer using my iPhone but could just use my broken old Android if the tools/apps would be better on it.
