    Genshin Impact available for preload.

Just finished Hyper Light Drifter! Now I’m searching for similar games like it, preferably with controller support

    Posted: 27 Sep 2020 06:22 AM PDT

Title. Any action games of this sorts are welcome, better if there's controller support.

Games I've already owned/tried in the past:

    • Pascal's Wager

    • Oceanhorn 2

    • Implosion: Never Lose Hope

    • Dead Cells

    • Transistor

    • Bastion

    • Titan Quest HD

Anything along these games are fine tbh, but I'm really into the fast combat of Hyper Light Drifter atm so something fast-paced would be nice.

    Premium MMORTS?

    Posted: 27 Sep 2020 08:50 AM PDT

Does anyone remember 10six (known as Project Visitor today)? I always thought that game would work extremely well under mobile. Are there any similar games that people can think of? Ideally, one that doesn't try to nickel and dime its players like all of the free base builders I'm finding. Paying up front or monthly would be fine. Thanks in advance for your help!

Games similar to “Fat Princess” (32 player CTF style battles)

    Posted: 27 Sep 2020 08:14 AM PDT

    Hi,

On the Playstation, there was a game called Fat Princess... sounds silly, but it was a lot of simple fun. 32 players split into 2 teams, brawling in between 2 castles in realtime, trying to keep their princess from being stolen. Similar to Capture The Flag. A few fun classes to play, very comical game, and I miss it!

(This was not the same as the similarly named iOS game they made a while back)

Anyone happen to know of a similar game? Would like to find one without a lot of IAP/ads. Would gladly just buy it if possible.

    Thanks for any suggestions!

Games for 2 players in same room please!

    Posted: 27 Sep 2020 08:07 AM PDT

    Hi,

My wife and I each have our own iPad. We share the same Apple ID, but she has her own Gamecenter ID.

Would sure appreciate any suggestions for games we can play together, each on our own iPads.

Maybe Terraria would work? I am just confused on which games allow for 2 devices/same Apple ID, yet separate GC profiles so we can have our own character, etc. Hope that makes sense!

May need to find fairly simple games, as she won't enjoy a steep learning curve.

    Thanks!

    New IOS 14 features

    Posted: 27 Sep 2020 10:22 AM PDT

So at WWDC they showcased a bunch of new gaming features. New support for controllers, mouse capture for pc and i havn't seen any of those new features even be mentioned. Ik iOS 14 is still young but i thought that developers would have taken the beta program to test things out and realize things once the update was out. What do you guys think about this am i being too harsh on devs?

Episodic adventure card game Terafyn code giveaway

    Posted: 26 Sep 2020 11:31 AM PDT

Hi Everyone! Happy Self-Promotion Saturday :)I'm a community manager for Terafyn, an episodic fantasy adventure game that combines collectible card and role-playing gameplay. Terafyn originally began as a board game idea that evolved into a mobile game, featuring spinner-based battles, Rune Card collecting, and plenty of adventure. We recently launched the game on the App Store! The Prologue is available for free but we're here to give away codes for the remaining episodes to 10 randomly selected winners. We'll be sharing keys by 7:30pm PT / 10:30pm ET this evening! Just comment in this thread for a chance to win.

Once upon a time, the Great Being Esyn shaped worlds with its bare hands to create life in the cosmos – ensuring balance by sending its god-like children to rule in pairs. Terafyn, one of the many worlds created by Esyn, was ruled by Ona and Aros – siblings with strikingly different personalities and beliefs. Ona was benevolent and merciful, while Aros was harsh and authoritative! As most would expect, a horrific war ensued.

After the war and with Ona's sacrifice, both gods were sealed away and the memory of them and their children faded. In the present time, strange creature sightings and disappearances are rumored to have taken place in Terafyn; people fear the return of Aros, as unlikely as it may seem. Still, there is hope: a prophecy promises a descendant of Ona will protect Terafyn and its people from Aros, should he rise again ...

The story begins in a small fishing village, Brittlemire. You and your father are gathering venterwort in a nearby forest to cure recently ailing villagers. If only this was a simple story! It will take more than magical herbs to face what lies in wait … in the woods.

Is there a way to improve the pixelated/blurriness of plugging an iPad into a large screen TV?

    Posted: 26 Sep 2020 12:58 PM PDT

I got the digital AV to HDMI connector for my ipad and was definitely expecting it to look... better? The colors are blown out, text on games is pixelated and warbled, everything looks bad. Is there anything I can do? Different HDMI cable? Its an older 1080p television (2015 TV)
