    Hi,

    Using Microsoft Word on my iPad is quite convenient. However, I noticed that it is not uncommon to encounter an immediate and acute "slowing" (imagine everything starts to lag noticeably).

    What I end up doing is wait a few seconds for the lag to settle, save my document, force close the app, wait a few seconds, re-open app.

    While this process only takes about 10 seconds or so, it is nonetheless annoying and distracts from flow and train of thought. Is this a common issue? Does anyone happen to know if my current solution is the most effective? Like I said, it's quick, but tedious.

    Best notes app for software developers

    Hi, what notes application would you recommend for the mixture of the notes writing with and without code snippets? Most of the time I need store snippets of SQL queries, or short code blocks.

    Are there any good apps I should try? Would prefer native apps (not things like Notion).

    Does ipad air 1 support screen sharing for microsoft teams ?

    Helo, my ipad is stuck on some ios 10 and i cant update it, it gives me some errors. I was about to install itunes to install the update but i think coming here is a better idea before going in all of that. I couldnt find a straight answer on google.

    For ipads, what is the closest thing to copying portion of screenshot directly to your clipboard and pasting it directly in an app like onenote? In other words, I am trying to do something faster than saving the image and then having to go insert file then find image in my files

    If you've used windows then windowsbutton-shift-s and then control V works for this very fast "Grab a box region of a screenshot from my screen and immediatly paste it somewhere"- what's the equivalent for ipad?

    HomeOS iPad??

    Would anyone else like apple to make some type of HomeOS iPad? Something designed purely for a smart home? I'm thinking a TabView type size iPad 17-19". Probably something that mounts on a wall or has a base like a google home hub type thing. Am I the only one that thinks this would be amazing??

    Adding tables inside Apple Notes

    I was able to create tables in Apple Notes apps a long time ago, but now I find impossible to do that again. Does anyone has the same problem? Or was that feature removed in ipadOS 14?

    10.5 iPad Pro Smart Keyboard FIXED FINALLY (gradually became more and more unreliable and then stopped being detected)

    I felt the need to share this in case others have been struggling with this and had NO success with replacement through Apple and NO success in fixing it.

    Symptoms: within a year of ownership, my Smart Keyboard began to randomly disconnect, and within a 3 few months it went not being detected/connecting or disconnected 20% of time to 95% of the time... iOS restore/reinstall, hard reset, and cleaning pins on case and connector on iPad all failed (try these first!).

    Fix: Where the magnetic strip/bar connects to the iPad... If you bent the sides down slightly to bend the pin portion upwards, this exposes the pin connectors more to the iPad fully! Basically what was happening over the course of several months was that the sides of the strip was marginally bending upwards (like a U) to the point that the pins and connectors were not touching anymore. Do not bend too hard of course, but this fixed it entirely.

    How to turn down microphone volume using headset with ipad pro

    Is it possible to turn down the microphone volume on ipad pro? I'm using Bluetooth headphones and the headphones don't have a microphone volume feature

    Updated to iPadOS 14.0.1, quick question!

    So just updated to iOS 14 after being on 13.7 I believe, and I noticed under my WiFi name there is now an option saying Private Address and then WiFi Address underneath it. Private Address is enabled by default, and I just wanted to make sure i should keep this setting on? It won't do anything to my home network will it? I don't wanna make my WiFi address public since I'm on my home WiFi on my router so this setting seems confusing to me.

    Last week my iPad displayed books in 2 page mode while horizontal and single page mode while vertical. Today it will only display in 2 page mode in vertical. The only way to get single page is to make the font ridiculously large. How do I get back to single page view with a normal size font? Thanks
