    Hello. I bought an iPad Pro and I am frustated about something. It asks for my password or Face ID every time downloading something from the App Store. It is understandable as a security measure for the paid apps, but for free apps it is so annoying. In Android, it starts installing free aps instantly after hitting the "get" button. Is it possible to fix this on the iPad ? I couldn't find such a setting.

    iPadOS 14 doesn’t allow you to see the number of photos in each album in the list view or the new side bar. Before you could in iPadOS 13. Now in order to see how many photos are there in an album you’ve to enter the album and scroll all the way down. ��

    Best App for local videos

    Hi Guys, I recently started rewatching a bunch of shows from my childhood (Dragon Ball Z) locally on my ipad (.mp4 files). Ive been using VLC, and its fine, but lacks PiP. For these kinds of shows, PiP is nice as there's A LOT of filler. Is there any good alternatives? The files app is even worse, and basically offers no control over anything.

    Really, what I want is the basic player you get with Safari or the TV app. Not sure if there is a way to import these to one of those apps? If not is there any apps for local video that work well? I don't want to stream it from my desktop (I bought a 256GB iPad Pro for a reason) and don't have cellular.

    I'm open to any thoughts or opinions people have!

    P.S. I own the blu-rays so this is not a piracy thing, just my iPad doesn't take Blu-ray's :P

    Hi everyone, I can't find any case for the ipad pro 11" without that useless pen holder.

    Indeed, I search a case with hand strap and shoulder strap because I work in construction. The fact is that all the cases has a hole for a pen.

    So, any recommendations for me ?

    Sharing screenshot to the facebook messenger app notification

    I'm on the iPad Pro 11 inch with the latest IPadOS 14.01 update. I just took a screenshot that I didn't want to save and that I just immediately shared through the facebook messenger app to someone. Since then I keep getting this notification that says "messenger pasted from screenshots" whenever I am typing something in messenger. It goes away after a few minutes, but it's quite annoying. Does anyone have this issue? I'm also using the latest magic keyboard case.

    Magic Keyboard Navigation with Track Pad

    I recently purchased a magic keyboard for my iPad Pro. I'm loving it but am finding that two finger scrolling is problematic for many web sites that have multiple scrollable sections. The pointer often doesn't maintain a context to the specific section location on the screen. If I use my finger to scroll a certain section it works fine. If I use the trackpad with the pointer for a specific section it attempts to scroll the whole page. The pointer should act the same as direct touch on the screen. I should probably try recording a video of this.

    Duet Display: Truly lag free?

    Is this software lag free?

    I recently bought Duet from the app store and tried using it. I get a few ms of delay and I see my cursor stutter a bit. The website claims it's lag free and I also read other people saying the same. This makes me wonder what causes the delay in my case.

    I'm using Windows 10 and an iPad Air 3. Maybe their lag free claim is only for MacOS to iPad connections? Or is it because i'm not using an iPad PRO?

    Word for iPad didn’t save?

    Hey everyone!

    No worries, this is not another „I didn't save! How can I recover my document?"-post. But it's pretty similar though.

    I spent my day working on an document on my iPad Pro using Word with autosave enabled today. The document was saved in my iCloud.

    All the sudden Word became pretty laggy so I decided to close and open the document again... All the work from 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm was gone and the properties tab showed „last modified 12:30 pm".

    After some time of pure rage, I am now finally able to post and ask my question here haha

    So, does anyone have an idea how this could have happened with autosave on and hitting „CMD + S" regularly?

    Hello all, my old iPad Air 2 shows only iPad os 13.7 to download, which isn't signed anymore. I'm currently downloading ipados14 firmware to try a manual update but in the meantime, has anyone seen this before? What did you do?

    Is it possible to connect iPad to connect Windows PC without using data?

    There are some apps where you upload the data from iPad to third party drive then download it on PC. But that requires internet. Is there anyway we can transfer the data without using data. For eg. We have xender type application to transfer data over to the Android mobiles. Do we have something like this for pc? My data is around 100 GB. It is virtually not possible for me to send that much of data from iPad to pc. Any help would be appreciated.
