    Does anyone actually use the iPhone AR features?

    I know Apple has been pushing AR tech really hard on phones for the past few years but personally I never use AR. I think the only time I used it was buying a new laptop because I wanted to test the AR feature out. Otherwise I just don't get the point.

    What are some good uses of AR right now? I know this is a transition until they make their AR Glasses.

    Is there a reason Apple News region locks their spotlight collections?

    I live in Canada and I've noticed whenever I try to open a link to an Apple News Spotlight from the Apple News Today podcast show notes, it always fails to open saying that this story isn't supported in your region. Recently it's been with spotlights on the DNC & RNC, as well as Hurricane Laura. It seems like we here in Canada have been missing out on other spotlights as well like ones on racial justice.

    Is there a reason these would be region locked? I get that these spotlights are US-centric but that doesn't mean we don't care about them here in Canada.

    Is there a way to get around these region locks? I tried changing my phone region then restarting then uninstalling and reinstalling the News app but it still said the stories were locked. All we get here in Canada is the occasional "Best of Apple News+" spotlight
