- My iCloud backup keeps failing even though I have more than enough storage. Usually I can figure these things out, but I’m stumped

- Today I updated my wallet, but my money hasn’t shown up in my balance and yet it is gone from my bank account.. where do I get help with this. I lost my money and would really want it back as I was planning on buying some stuff

| Posted: 04 Feb 2020 10:51 PM PST It keeps failing because "there is not enough iCloud storage available". I do not store any photos or messages in iCloud. I've tried turning off and deleting the old backup. Turning off iCloud then enabling it again. I'm on the free 5BG plan but have almost 4GB of space available. There's no way my backup will take up 4GB of space (it was well under 2GB when it was working). | iCloud synced all photos from old phone to new one unnecessarily - help? Posted: 04 Feb 2020 10:19 PM PST I've had an iPhone 7 Plus for 2.5 years. Yesterday I upgraded to an 11 Pro Max. I had the option to disable but keep my old device, so I did. Tonight, I noticed that the Cloud has synced all 1,400+ photos onto my new phone. I do not want this bulk of old photos on my new phone, as long as they are on the old device and accessible on the Cloud. Is there any way I can remove all these photos from my new device while keeping them safe on the Cloud? [link] [comments]  |

| Erased new phone trying to erase old Find my Phone Posted: 04 Feb 2020 11:32 AM PST So to make things short- I recently went from an 8+ to an 11. I have to turn off the Find my Phone feature on the old phone before I can send it in. I tried to do it this morning and somehow managed to turn off the NEW 11 and erase the data on that phone. I spent the better half of this morning getting the 11 back in order but it showed the last backup was Jan 22 so I lost everything from the 22 to today. But, I was sure I had backed up since thing. I got a few random photos to show back up in my camera roll from the 22nd to this past weekend, but not all of them did. Is there anyway to retrieve those? I took a bunch this weekend of my daughters and only about 2 showed back up. And a few more random photos as well. Can anyone help? And can anyone help me make sure when I turn off the find my phone AGAIN for the 8+ I do it correctly and don't erase this phone again? [link] [comments]  |

I've noticed that, only at my house with my WiFi, sometimes when I'm doing something that requires Internet it can just hang on loading for a bit. Internet connection isn't lost or anything, whatever I'm doing just stops loading. Generally I can only fix it by going back to the home screen then back into the app from the open apps menu. Anyone know what causes this or how to fix it? Is it a problem with my router or the phone? Any help would be appreciated [link] [comments]  |

I recently switched to US Mobile (which uses Verizon's towers). I called MetroPCS and they told that my phone was unlocked and they said they were sure of it. Though, whenever I put in the US Mobile chip, it would say; 'Activation needed' and then would say that SIM wasn't supported because my carrier hadn't unlocked it. Any ideas on how to fix this? MetroPCS already said they've done everything on their end to unlock it. And the SIM card is activated on US Mobile's end. [link] [comments]  |
