    I really think you should be able to tap a device in the battery widget to see its battery percentage. (Yes, I will charge my iPhone)

    I am on an iPhone 11 Pro and my phone starts to heat up almost every time I start to use it. No pattern in what I do or what apps I use, it heats up with any app that I use. I haven't installed any new apps since installing this Beta.

    Why wont the Medical ID weight feature get the capability to update its data based on the data saved in the health app??

    It has been like this for since the beginning of their introductions. So I have a smart scale which can save its data in the health app and thats great I can easily track these data and see if I have lost or gained weight. Since Introduction of Medical ID i have set all the details and year after year I have been checking my actuall data and the one on my medical ID, I am talking about the weight ofcourse, and it never updates itself based on the weight data that the health collects and saves. I mean since then i gained weight 7 kilos then again lost weight 13 kg but the medical ID data stayed the same. I am not doctor or medical expert but I think this data needs to be accurate in times of emergency this is why the whole medical ID feature exists.

    After this many years i decided to send an iOS 14 beta feedback to apple about it and post here on redit to see what other people opinion is about this. I think this should is important in times of emrgency and the data should be updated.

    I am running iOS 14 public beta on my 11 Pro Max.

    I have searched and cannot find this bug mentioned anywhere. Forgive me if I missed it.

    Ever since installing Public beta calls will send people straight to voicemail (when someone calls me) unless I restart my phone. Restarting fixes it for about an hour or so it seems. I have Verizon and there is nothing wrong with my service, bill is paid, etc. My secondary Android phone also on Verizon can receive calls fine.

    Just wondering if I'm crazy or if anyone else is having calls go straight to voicemail when someone calls you?

    Alternative Appearance: Face id Mask Unlock. Does it work for you?

    After watching a tutorial* on how to unlock my iPhone with Face id while using a mask, I gave a try on an iPhone X running iOs 13.5 and an iPhone 11 Pro on iOs14 Beta2. What I did was setting up an alternative appearance for Face id using half mask on my face as for online tutorial. I did not succeed on my iPhone X(iOs13.5) while it worked very well on iPhone 11 Pro iOs14 Beta 2. It's been a life changer as I need to work with my mask on and typing the password every time was a painful process. Did you try the method? Worked for you? Maybe Apple preparing a 'mask friendly feature' for us all to enjoy?

    I just submitted this suggestion to Apple via the Feedback app. I'm curious if others agree, as I'd love to see this added to the Music app:

    Title:

    My favorite new feature of the iOS 14 Music app is the filter/search bar in the Library tab. I'd love to see that expand so that your filter results are given sorting tools.

    Description:

    I love the inclusion of a search bar in the Library tab for real-time searching and filtering of your library. This is something I've wanted for literally years, as I always loved it in iTunes and was awaiting its inclusion in Apple Music.

    I'm hoping the next step is to continue along this path and add features to it, where the search can be refined with multiple criteria and where the results can then be sorted/grouped.

    For example, right now I can go into Songs view, type an artist's name, and I'm presented with a list of all songs by that artist, but it would be amazing if there were sorting tools so that I could then group and arrange that list by criteria like album, year, play count, star rating, date added, and so on.

    When I first enter that Songs view, there's a "Sort" button on the top right, but it has limited options and more importantly, it disappears when I type something into the search box.

    I'd love to see that kind of sort functionality (and perhaps also a button for grouping), so that it could be used in conjunction with the search filter.

    And please include star ratings as one of the available criteria! That would be amazing, as star ratings are a great way to highlight and play the music you truly love.

    One last point: The search field itself should search for other criteria from the music's metadata. For example, if I type in 2010, it should filter all music from 2010. Same with genre, and other categories. And perhaps inputting multiple criteria would refine the filter. So I could type "2010" and "rock" to get all the rock music from 2010 in my library.

    Taken together, these additions (more powerful filters + sorting & grouping) would make for incredibly powerful tools while still being simple and easy to navigate. That would be fantastic.

    Swiping left on an app in the List View of App Library should show the option to delete

    • Current implementation is that we swipe left in List View and it leads to restrained spring animation as there is no page after App Library.
    • Suggested implementation is that swiping right on an app in List View leads to showing delete option while swiping left in App Library shows the animation.

    Battery Replacement Issue iPhone X

    I recently went to get my battery replaced but it "failed" the diagnostics test saying Face ID was broken. As a result, they would not replace the battery on my phone. I'm thinking this is a beta issue since the i've never had an issue with face id.

    Has anyone else had this issue or something similar? Thanks!

    [IOS 14 Public Beta 2] VR issues on IOS 14 Beta 2

    So, i am on IOS 14 Beta 2 and for some reason every time I try to load a VR video in either safari or google chrome it would show that the video is playing but the whole screen would be black the entire time. Does anyone know how to solve this issue?
