    Is it just me or is there actually no way (natively) to add a rule in Mail which directs replies to emails that I have sent to my inbox instead of getting lost in my junk inbox?? It seems odd that Mail would even allow it's junk filter to sort a reply to an email that a user has sent as junk.

    Just annoying.

    Dark Mode for MAC OS El Capitan

    I have an iMac that is running mac os el capitan and I wondered if there was some type of way to get the FULL dark mode feature? But not just the dock and the status bar, like the FULL VERSION of dark mode but on el cap. If you know of anything please tell me

    Free alternative to iStat Menu?

    My free days of iStat menu finished but I don't want to pay because i just used it to see the temperature of the CPU in the menu bar and sometimes change the fans speed. Is there any free alternative that allows me to do the same?

    Bluetooth Issues with Sony WH1000MX3 on MacOs Catalina 10.15.4

    Hi all,

    I recently got some new Sony WH1000MX3 Bluetooth Headphones and I am having some issues connecting them to my mac. They connect fine, but after a few seconds they disconnect. During those few seconds that they are ''connected'' they don't show up in my macs sound options. I have tried reseting the bluetooth module, changing the bluetooth codec, unpairing and pairing again and restarting the mac but to no avail!

    Worth noting that they work fine on my Galaxy S10 and my work laptop but for some reason they wont pair with my personal mac.

    If anyone has any idea of how I can fix this I will be forever in your debt.

    Question about opening new finder windows in workspaces

    When I have a finder window for a hard drive or something like that open on a particular workspace, but I'm in a different workspace and open that hard drive, it will jump workspaces over to the one that already has the finder window open. Is there a way to change that so when I open the hard drive or folder, it just opens another one in the workspace I'm currently in?

    Generic USB keyboard - Reassign F keys for MacOS shortcuts?

    I have an old Microsoft Natural Elite keyboard I'd like to use with my Mac. It works as a standard USB keyboard, but I was hoping I'd be able to reassign the F-keys to adjust the volume control. Expose works and other shortcuts can be assigned in the Keyboard preference pane, but volume control is not provided.

    Is there a way to do this?

    Can you set custom redirects in Safari

    A very strange issue with MacOS

    A while back I was having a strange issue with my Mac that I couldn't find anyone else having anywhere else on the internet. I had Minecraft forge installed and I made an alias to the mod folder on my desktop so I could easily add and remove mods from Minecraft. The strange thing is the alias kept making duplicates of itself I just deleted the aliases and moved on. I kept using my Mac like always and when I went back to my desktop I had tons more aliases I tried to delete the original but my Mac refused to let me. I also couldn't launch apple arcade games not sure if that is related or not. I dealt with just deleting these for a long time (probably not the smartest idea). One day I was playing Dota 2 and when I quit everything on my desktop was gone. I opened up my finder to see if my files where there and when I pressed desktop it said the original item was no there, I tried my documents same thing. I tried dragging and dropping items onto my desktop and it just showed an x icon and the icon moved back to the original folder. I started researching about my problem and couldn't find anything at all about this. I ended up factory reseting my mac and I haven't had a problem since. This was about a year ago now before Catalina I believe I was on Mojave at the time. If anyone knows anything about this issue or some sort of idea of what it could have been please tell me. I haven't made an alias or played Dota 2 since because I have no idea what the cause of this was and I don't want to go through it again.

    Best way to backup 40GB+ of data from an External Hard Drive directly to iCloud Drive?

    I have an external Hard Drive with 40GB+ of data (documents, photos, videos, etc.) that I want to backup onto iCloud Drive. I already pay for the 2TB plan to backup my iCloud Photo Library and iOS Devices, I'd love to put that space to good use. But I don't see a good way to do this. Whenever I try to drag and drop using Finder it tries to copy it onto the local drive first, and then upload to iCloud Drive. I don't have enough open space on the local drive to do this. Uploading the browser also doesn't seem to work. Is there any work around? Or am I SOL?

    Fresh Catalina Install, Finder takes forever to load?

    I just did a fresh install of Catalina and for some reason the Finder takes 5-10 minutes before it completes loading. Everything else loads and operates prior to the Finder finishing.

    Can someone help me diagnose what the heck is causing this?

    Logitech Options on Catalina Startup

    Hi guys. My Logitech K380 Keyboard and MX Ergo Mouse don't work as I've set it up in Logi Options every time I boot up the computer. It only works until I manually launch Logi Options, followed by an annoying 10-15 second delay freeze on the app before everything kicks in. Very annoying for a maxed out 16" Macbook Pro.

    I've tried reinstalling Logi Options multiple times, and also tried re-enabling the Accessibility and Input Monitoring permission in the Privacy And Security panel in MacOS Preferences, for both the Logi Options and Logi Options Daemon.

    I've also tried just having Logi Options and Logi Options Daemon launch on startup minimised, but it still doesn't work. The Logi Options app shows up in the dock but the keyboard and mouse don't function as I've set them up until I manually click on the app (followed by that annoying 10-15 second freeze delay).

    Has anyone here encountered this, and somehow made your Logitech devices work properly on startup on Catalina?

    Keyboard Customization

    Hi,

    I am currently doing remote learning causing me to be typing spanish accents a lot more. I was wondering if there is a way to type them like alt + i = í, currently, I have to do alt + e, and then type i. I was also wondering what the shortcut for the angle symbol is if it does exist. I couldn't find a way to do this so I was wondering if I can customize keyboard symbols that come up when I hold option or shift+alt or something

    Bass boosting macOS globally? Please someone tell me it's possible?

    Hi People. Running MacOS 10.15. I want to bass boost the thing globally. I know I can do it through iTunes or music, and I know I could get a chrome extension (sorry safari users) but I want something more global and consistent. MacOS seems to limit one from adjusting the audio driver settings, something that is possible with windows. So my question is simply this. Is there some kind of a setting, or a third party app, that can boost the living crap out of it? I mainly want it for headphones and external speakers, internals are good the way they are currently.

    To give an example, on windows, with certain audio drivers, for example, the mac's very on Cirrus sound card, one can go into properties, enhancements, check bass boost, open the new settings dialog, and set it to 24 DB. I usually pull the slider for 50 HZ, just for good measure.

    Right now, plugging in headphones to my mac is enough to drive me crazy. Please tell me this is not specific to windows?

    Please someone?

    Please someone tell me there's either a hidden setting, or some sort of an app that allows me to take full control of the Cirrus sound card? I know for a fact the sound card itself supports it, bootcamp shows up the settings just fine.
