| Is there a trackpad keyboard for the iPad Pro 12.9” 2nd gen? Posted: 01 May 2020 02:03 PM PDT Hey all, I got an iPad Pro 2nd gen 12.9" recently from the Apple refurb store and I love it. I got the Smart Keyboard folio which is nice and the Magic Trackpad which generally works pretty well. However, I would really like a combo keyboard with a trackpad built in like the new Logitech ones that have come out recently. I noticed that it fits the 10.5" 2nd gen but I haven't found anything that is compatible with my 12.9". Any tips, anybody? I don't mind keyboard + touchscreen but sometimes using a trackpad is preferred, and being able to have it all in one would be cool. Thanks! [link] [comments]  | ||
| Posted: 01 May 2020 12:09 PM PDT As a recovering Android user, is there anything for iPad that is as easy and functional as MoonReader+ in the App Store? The native Books app is excellent for pubs, but not for PDFs and .mobi files. The thing I loved about MoonReader was that I could dump all those files into a single folder and it would present them all as if they were the same format. My intent is to have a folder called BOOKS in iCloud and just single-click to read. Or is this just a bridge too far? [link] [comments]  | ||
| Posted: 01 May 2020 02:53 PM PDT Loving the new magic keyboard for iPad Pro. Have noticed a couple of times now though that the illumination remains lit on keyboard even when iPad not in use. The only way to turn light off is to remove iPad from the keyboard then re-attach. It has nothing to do with keyboard brightness settings, the light just remains on. Hardly happens, only twice since I've had it. Most likely an iPadOS bug which will be fixed. Normal behaviour is light turns off when iPad detects inactivity for a short period of time. When mouse cursor disappears, the keyboard light also switches off. This is normal behaviour which happens most of the time. Anyone else? [link] [comments]  | ||

However, that does not work for me. I did find that if you tap right arrow + backspace you get a forward delete, but that is not reliable or comfortable. | Posted: 30 Apr 2020 05:23 PM PDT This is the link to my Google Drive folder Little explanation: As said in the title, it's mostly Cornell Paper. I've done several versions of it (although I don't know if you can call some of them as "Cornel paper") The margins are probably wrong, if there is some kind of standard, as I've done them arbitrarily, but there it goes:
The paper is squared (6mm side btw), but I've also made blank versions of each template in case you prefer to export it to a non-squared paper but still want to have the Cornell lines. I've also included a completely blank template and a regular 6mm squared template (no Cornell). Regarding colors, I've made black, white and dark versions. The dark one is darker than the one Goodnotes provides, but still a bit more clear than pure black, which I don't really like either. Hope you like it and as said in the title, I'm open to criticism regarding colors, sizes, contrast or any other type of idea like new templates. PS: I've also included a Doom inspired template I did a while ago (but it's a 7mm squared one) ;D [link] [comments]  | ||

| Advice/suggestions for rendering windows recordings on ipad Posted: 01 May 2020 01:48 AM PDT Hi. I am planning to get an ipad pro soon, but i want to know if i can do a specific task with it. I have Camtasia Recording on windows for recording the screen + mouse + microphone(i do this for recording uni courses so that i will be able to re-wtch them later). When recording is finished, i can export a camrec or an avi file and later use it in camtasia for editing. The question is: can i export that file to ipad and edit it?(split audio/video/microphone, add some frames with explanations and after this turn off the screen so that the rendering on ipad will be done in the background)? Or maybe you can provide me a sugestion of what app i should use on windows so that it will be compatible with ipad. I don't want to edit video on windows because it's not so powerful(intel pentium gold processor) and i want to continue using windows because of true multitasking and flexibility to work with many apps on the screen(pdf, skype, onenote, firefox). P.S. I don't need apps with super efects or something like this. Just basic editing of video + adding some images with my notes or some audio recordings. [link] [comments]  | ||
