| Movies on iPhone disappeared after connecting to iTunes Posted: 25 Apr 2020 03:02 AM PDT This is so frustrating, my phone isn't even set to sync or back up with the computer, but after connecting to iTunes I noticed I couldn't find any of my movies via iTunes. Finding it weird I opened up the app on my phone to find that all my movies and tv shows had been deleted from my phone. Anyone know why this happened? [link] [comments]  |

Posted: 24 Apr 2020 08:36 PM PDT Yesterday I rented a movie, the question is that I can't see any movie because my built-in screen doesn't have HDCP support, it doesn't make sense. I removed all the connected ports and still I can't see anything, I have applications like Zoom and Adobe XD with permissions to record the screen, so I denied all permissions and the problem persists. | Issues with Dolby Vision and certain scenes in movies Posted: 24 Apr 2020 08:46 AM PDT has anyone had issues with Dolby Vision movies in certain scenes? I was watching Crawl in 4k and at a certain part of the movie when it gets dark the screen has this odd color to it almost like if you were watching a tv from a bad angle and the colors are all muted out. I have a high speed HDMI cable and have had no issues with the TV displaying Dolby Vision up till now, I had to go into the appleTV and disable the Dolby Vision and it was playing normal in HDR after that. | Best solution for playing iTunes video content on LAN ? Posted: 24 Apr 2020 10:02 AM PDT I'm setting up a Mac mini server and will eventually download most of my iTunes movie purchases. The trick is getting the movies playing on our Apple TV. I use Plex and Infuse for ripped DRM free content but have any of you found a good solution for local streaming of iTunes content to your Apple TV? Now I have nothing. Left and right buttons on the nav toggle on my universal remote do nothing to the timeline. Anyone else experiencing this all of a sudden? Can I just subscribe for monthly payment and then cancel as soon as I'm finished with the show so that I only have to pay one month? I want to be able to stream my Blu Rays to the Apple TV in my bedroom, but I don't want to rip the discs as I don't have the storage space to do my entire collection. I've got:
Ideally, I'm looking for a player that can play Blu Ray discs, but then also natively Airplay the content, without Screen Mirroring.....as I want to be able to use the Apple TV remote to pause/rewind etc. What are my options, if there are any? Apple TV thinks I'm trying to record the stream when I hook it up to my computer monitor via HDMI. Is there any way around this? On my "spectrum tv app" I can see the commercials play, just not the main program! Netflix app loads and all menus load, but when I go to play an actual title, I just get a spinning wheel.
