Apple needs to add a "Mark as Unread" feature to Text Messages Posted: 25 Apr 2020 09:33 AM PDT There are many times I will open a text message or iMessage and then close it because I'm busy with the intention of replying when I have some time and then I end up forgetting to reply later and see the message a few days later when I go to text that person something else, or it pops into my mind etc. I know that we have the ability to preview messages but there are still times that I open them and this occurs and I am sure I'm not the only one having this issue - especially considering how often I've received the 'I read your message earlier and forgot to reply' messages that I have received myself from friends at times. This has nothing to do with iMessage read receipts and would have no impact on what the other person sees with their own internal iMessage read receipts. This feature would allow you to "unread" a read normal text or iMessage, similar to what you do in emails and that would put the red notification bubble back over your messages app so you would know that there is a message in there you still want to reply to and haven't. It's a simple feature that needs to exist. It exists in emails and should be a feature in text messages. [link] [comments]

iPhone 12 Mini (5.4 in) Size Comparison based on current estimates. Posted: 25 Apr 2020 10:31 AM PDT Coming from an iPhone SE (4 in) and preferring a smaller form factor, I was curious how the theorized iPhone 12 Mini would compare in size and thought I would share. I used the site linked below for the estimated dimensions to make the comparison image. [link] [comments]
