Microphone issues?

Anyone who knows how to fix this would be game changing

During calls Through my carrier the people who I'm speaking with say they cannot hear me and that the call cuts in and out,

I tried the voice note app and it works fine, sending voice messages over some apps work fine, calls over wifi work fine, like facetime whatsapp etc, videos audio work fine the problem apparently only happens throughout carrier calls

Something that I have noticed as well is that on carrier calls if im answering on a Bluetooth device, like my beats or through my Mac 💻 the call quality it's fine

I would appreciate any help

Wifi icon keeps turning on and off every time I wake my iphone

Everytime I wake my iphone x, it keeps switching the LTE icon to wifi for a split second, then back to LTE when it shuts off.

I also noticed this when I'm face timing as well.

I'm running the latest iOS version, anyone else getting this bug?

Face ID doesn’t work anymore

My iPhone X does not recognise my face after updating to 13.3.1. I have never had problems with Face ID before. Does anyone else have the same issue?

Edit: Just turned it off and on but now a message popped up and it says that Face ID isn't available. It won't let me configure my face.

No screen replacements, no jailbreak, no cracks in screen. Did have issues with screen not responding when iOS 13 just came out tho.

I try using the side volume buttons and they don't work sometimes.. Just started happening I'm on 13.3.1 but was also happening on the version before this as well
