| Posted: 06 Feb 2020 12:19 PM PST For work I need to purchase 12 wired LAV microphones + 12 dongles for 12 individuals who all have an iPhone. The problem is, after buying one LAV and dongle, I noticed the default camera app does not allow you to use an external microphone for recording. I had to download several apps and didn't have much luck. The only app I had luck with was an app called "ProMovie," and it allowed the recording of an external microphone while shooting video, but it had two drawbacks:

| Posted: 06 Feb 2020 11:30 AM PST Apple can't seem to help for past 3 months. We've tried EVERYTHING. Disabling iCloud. Removing devices from cloud. Disabling backups. Wiped phone 2 times. Checked settings. They've had me do it all and it still does this. Here's a video: WATCH VIDEO It only happens with preorders. Free or paid. The closest we've gotten to a fix was an Apple rep said she could clear my download queue. Which stopped it for about a week. Suddenly it's back again. If I was to download say, Angry Birds 2 right now, then delete it, then go and install any preorder, it will DL that preorder AND angry birds along with 30 others. (See video) [link] [comments]  |

| Setting up auto clicker on iOS 13 for iPhone 8 Posted: 06 Feb 2020 03:33 AM PST I'm playing a game on my phone (Pokémon masters) and it's the type of game where you don't really have to pay much attention after it's set up and have to farm a lot of items. So I tried setting up the auto clicker in the setting on the phone, I've made a recipe but every time I go to activate it it won't keep auto clicking for me. Anybody know how to get it? | Stuck at Apple logo after screen replacement Posted: 06 Feb 2020 09:07 AM PST Long story short, I murdered my 8 Plus - couldn't unlock it because half the screen was unresponsive. Purchased a new phone since I was due for an upgrade, but found out that my account hadn't backed up since March 2019 even though it was set to auto backup (lesson learned - check your Cloud backup). At this point I just want to recover my photos from my old phone. Apple couldn't help me because I couldn't unlock it, and I felt stupid paying for them to fix it as I wasn't planning on keeping the phone. I purchased a 3rd party screen replacement kit and went about installing it. I struggled with the glue in a few places, and it looks nasty. I think I may also have done some damage around the home button. But again, I don't intend to use this phone any more and just need it to turn on so I can back it up. Unfortunately, it now gets stuck on the Apple logo, powers down, and starts itself back up. It will keep doing this until the battery drains. Force restart does not seem to do anything. I want to avoid doing anything that will lose my data, as that's the only reason I am trying to get this phone to work. What should I try next? ETA: do third party data recovery tools like iMyFone D-Back work? They look a little suspect but I'm willing to give them a try if they won't do anything horrible. [link] [comments]  |

Only applies to contacts that I have labelled as Favorites or Emergency. It has resorted to me receiving a text message that says "call me" and then I open my phone to two missed calls which I received no notifications for. Any guidance is helpful, thanks!
