- [15 Days and counting!] It’s nice to have something on your wrist that can scientifically prove to you that you’ve been lazy that day. Here’s to increased health!
- One year now, and my Watch keeps me in motion! Great Device!
- 9:25 PM local time, so close but so tired!
- According to my watch this is kind of a big deal! Small flex, I don’t even wear it unless I leave the house!
- Don’t see enough love for the silver casing.
- Finally got myself a new strap after the standard ones had my arm SWEATING for the last 3 months! (Straper Sports Loop from Amazon)
- Titanium AW5 with Nomad Titanium Band ... perfect match
- 10:09:30 and Apples attention to detail
- My favorite mid-century modern Watch face. It goes great with a suit! The art piece is called “Vases on Black” and it’s by Donna Mibus.
- I have coveted the SS Apple Watch ever since I got my launch day series 0 sport. Today I finally have a SS Apple Watch of my own and I couldn’t be happier. It’s like liquid. Can’t stop looking at it.

10:09:30 and Apples attention to detail Posted: 28 Feb 2020 08:17 AM PST Sorry if posted else where/here before. There is this thing in watch adverts, where 10:10 ( and sometimes specifically 10:09:30) is the default time on watches as it is aesthetically pleasing. This article (not read it but did a quick google) looks at how Apple used this time in announcement and media shots of Apple watches. Great pleasure, much visual. BUT it goes a level deeper. When you strong press Home and get the Customise interface, guess what time is displayed within the interface... Its attention to detail like this, way after the point of sale (i.e. where most watch sellers focus their aesthetics) that keeps me coming back to Apple time and again. [link] [comments]

Apple Watch 3 - SS - Inner display came off? Posted: 28 Feb 2020 09:13 AM PST Greetings. I have an Apple Watch series 3 Cellular if that makes any difference. I've never ever had a problem with any of my electronics ever. Call it good luck. I sleep with my watch on for sleep tracking and find that it charges to 100% whilst I'm in the shower. Today after my shower I picked it up from the charger and BOMP the display is hanging off! I had a quick look online to see if I could fix this myself. Every guide seems designed for people that 1) deliberately replaced their watches battery or 2) dropped it. These guides cater for glues and strips you can buy but I realised mine was different. It wasn't the WHOLE display that was loose instead it was loose from the first segment. OK SO in case you're not with me: The front of the watch is like a sandwich with a front (including the display), a filling, then the main body. Everyones breaks with the filling coming detached. Mine is just the front. I looked inside and theres no "floor" area to attach an adhesive strip to. The battery itself looks a bit bulged. It's not like a super straight edged cuboid-like shape. It's curved at the edge like a modern iPhone, lol. I've inspected the dang thing and noticed zero damage. I take care of my things dammit. Am I safe to assume this is some kind of manufacturing mess up? The battery being weird? I hope they don't want hundreds of pounds from me to fix it. Proportional repairing. This kind of thing shouldn't be a gamble. Infact the dang thing is just like this: https://www.reddit.com/r/AppleWatch/comments/8dk0mr/apple_watch_series_3_screen_popped_off_yesterday/ [link] [comments]
Posted: 28 Feb 2020 08:57 AM PST Okay.. I recently may have stepped on my Apple Watch and was wondering if it was covered under the Apple free repair thing for the series 2. It has the crack around the edges and the screen has popped out like described on the faq for the watch repair. The only problem is that it has a lot more cracks all over the face of the watch. Can I still get it ? [link] [comments]
Apple Watch repair technician makes a clear Apple Watch Posted: 27 Feb 2020 05:48 PM PST I found this very interesting. Would you buy a clear Apple Watch? Watch here: https://youtu.be/Y78LgqLPanA [link] [comments]
Can’t seem to close that red ring Posted: 28 Feb 2020 08:31 AM PST I've had my Apple Watch S5 since Christmas and I have never managed to close the red ring This isn't because I'm inactive or anything I'm consistently closing the blue and green rings but for some reason the red ring just won't close, Is there anything I could do to fix this? What have people found to be the best watch band for people who’s wrists swell a lot Posted: 28 Feb 2020 07:49 AM PST I have the regular band on and throughout the day I have to switch between the last three holes. I have a magnetic leather one but doesn't "breathe" with my wrist well and sometimes goes loose enough for it to turn the whole way around my wrist easily once my wrist deflated [link] [comments]
Is there a way to rename workout sessions? Posted: 28 Feb 2020 07:40 AM PST I was looking over my workouts just now and found myself wishing I could title the workouts. I just got my Apple Watch a week ago and ive been going through the training process in the C25K app. I'd like to rename my sessions to correspond with the C25K app. Names like W2D3, or W3D1. Thanks.
