    Up-Next plays iTunes purchased TV shows via Hulu

    I purchased Stargate Atlantis and I have a Hulu subscription. If I use up-next to play the show it defaults to the Hulu version with ads event though I own the iTunes copy. If I log out of Hulu it plays via Amazon Prime. I have to log out of both services to get it to play my copy.

    When I called Apple Support they told me this is expected behavior and suggested I submit feedback at apple.com/feedback as playing iTunes content would be considered a feature request and not troubleshooting. I have done this but have not heard back (nor do realistically expect I will).

    Is it unreasonable to expect my $200 streaming box would default to the higher resolution, ad-free copy of a show I purchased on the exact same box?

    Does anyone have any ideas that might help me get up-next to work as expected?

    Control volume with my phone when mirroring ?

    So i have my speaker plugged into my monitor. My monitor is mirrored from my phone. I noticed on some apps i am able to adjust the volume with my phone volume rockers on the side but on some like Youtube i have to adjust the volume on the actual speaker. Can this be fixed ?

    Apple TV screensaver only showing underwater scenes?

    Ever since the new underwater Apple TV screensavers were released they seem to be the only ones I can view now. I still have the download new video setting on "daily" so I'm confused as to where all the other ones went? The new ones are breathtaking but I sure do miss the cityscape ones, has anyone else run into this issue? Didn't realize how much I would miss flying over Dubai and LA!

    Screen artifacts after restarting AppleTV 4K

    So about once a week or so my AppleTV forgets how to control my sound bar, but a quick restart usually fixes my problem. Tonight, the restart fixed my volume control but now on the bottom of my screen I have a narrow band of weird artifacting. At first I thought it was my TV but using anything besides the AppleTV doesn't produce this problem.

    Is my AppleTV dying? I've restarted it, tried a different HDMI cable, a different HDMI port on my TV, tried turning 4K HDR off and doing 1080p SDR... but nothing gets rid of it.

    If it ends up being a hardware issue, what are the repair costs on these bad boys, I got it around release date so it's definitely out of warranty now.

    Control center TV remote no longer working after 13.1.1

    Disney Now App Stuck on Splash Screen

    The last few days the Disney Now app has been getting as far as the opening animation, then not progressing to the menu. I tried reinstalling, removing tv provider, unplugging the ATV4K and nothing works. Any ideas?

    Is anyone getting Dolby Vision on Night on Earth on Netflix?

    I'm not. Every other thing they have in Dolby Vision displays fine, but not Night on Earth. It displays in Dolby Vision on my Fire Stick 4K, and on the internal app of my TCL 65R615, but those options don't support Atmos.

    I re-booted everything, but problem persists. Can someone check on their setup? Thanks.

    [Tech Support] Get Apple TV Box to remember where I am upto in a series

    As the title suggests I am watching a show with multiple seasons on an Apple TV Box. It's a box set we have purchased. Now every time we go back to the series we have to go through the list of episodes to get to where we are up to.

    Is there a way to get the thing to remember where we are upto and resume like Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.?

    Netflix Subtitles too small, Help!!

    Hi, I tried everything. Creating new styles from settings on the apple Tv, changing the settings on Netflix desktop app....but nothing.

    On youtube and other apps they work great, but on Netflix they go back to a smaller size. I manage to change the color, font, etc...but not the size.

    I disabled the "video override Style" option on everything.

    Please help!!

    Apple TV+ Elephant Queen

    I have an LG SM8500 TV, a Sony HT-ZF9 soundbar and the Apple TV 4K of course. All devices are connected with high speed HDMI cables.

    The trailer for Elephant Queen on Apple TV+ plays in Dolby Atmos while the movie doesn't. It's driving me nuts. I'm pretty much still in the setup phase, every device is brand new.

    Can anybody confirm this?

    Apple TV 4 vs 4K for mirroring

    Would mirroring from a Macbook Pro to an Apple TV 4K improve my framerate and responsiveness compared to an Apple TV 4?

    Currently it seems to be limiting me to 1080p @ 30 FPS (HEVC limit for Apple TV 4) which basically makes it unusable.

    For some reason I can't download an Apple TV app onto my Apple TV? I can't watch Apple TV shows but do have Apple TV +. Idk what's going on or why I can't watch Apple TV shows on my Apple TV?? Any help? Or suggestions
