And then when I go into the fonts or messages or wherever to use them, I can't do anything with them? Does anyone know how to actually use them on your phone? But when I updated to ios13 my phone wont charge to 100% anymore. I've observed that when it reach to 97% "this accessory may not be supported" will show up. After few minutes of using the screen, either the screen becomes unresponsive or detects random touches, then I lock the phone by pressing the power button and once I unlock it, I use it for few minutes again and then this happens again. What could be the issue? Thought it might be related to it's software but I don't want to risk and lose my iOS version(10.2). [link] [comments]  |
| Posted: 27 Oct 2019 06:16 PM PDT To be more specific, my iPhone 6 works ( I can hear it vibrating when i misstype my password) but my screen is black and will not turn on. I tried a hard reset but nothing has worked. It started doing this after it randomly overheated and shut off in the middle of my video. Do I just take it to a screen repair place or do I need to go to the Apple store? Or is there something even simpler I could do? Any help is appreciated thanks in advance! [link] [comments]  |
| Out of device storage and having trouble getting my photos onto the cloud Posted: 27 Oct 2019 09:46 PM PDT Hey all! New here- hoping this is the right sub. I'm tech challenged and need some help I have an iPhone 6s that's 16gb (I broke my old one and got the cheapest available). Sadly, my storage is full. I upgraded my iCloud from 50gb to the next level- whatever is $2.99 a month. That didn't help my iPhone storage, so I'm assuming it just increased what can be kept on the cloud. I want to keep all of my photos, but don't mind deleting them off my device. When I plug into my Mac and go to photos, nothing shows up. I've clicked open photos for this device and for some reason only 8 of them appeared. When I hit import new photos, those 8 say they're an unrecognizable file. I need more space on my device but don't want to lose all the photos I've taken. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks in advance! | Strange ‘click’ noisy in iPhone 11 Posted: 27 Oct 2019 05:46 PM PDT Yesterday I noticed my iPhone 11 makes 'click' sound when it vibrates. I went to apple store this morning and those apple dudes torn my iPhone open but didn't see anything abnormal, even though I have apple care for my phone. Apple dude said they cannot find any term or conditions that suits this problem so they cannot do anything to fix it. Also, they offered to send my iPhone back to factory but they emphasised that the factory may NOT repair my phone because this is not a function failure. People who share the same problem can take my example. Apple store don't have the ability to solve it. You'd better off live on with this noisy (it annoys me af). [link] [comments]  |
| Earphones not working on iPhone 7+ Posted: 27 Oct 2019 03:50 PM PDT The lightning port on my iPhone 7+ works fine for charging, but has stopped working for my headphones. I cleaned out the port and there was a minimal amount of debris, but the problem persists. My software is up to date and the microphone works fine. I've also tried several different pairs of earphones to no evail, and said earphones all work on different devices. The AUX cord in my car that I use with an adapter is also not working. | Dropped my phone in water but left it on and charging Posted: 27 Oct 2019 09:25 AM PDT I dropped my phone in the toilet bowl while drunk, panicked and took it out immediately, and made a very bad decision of switching it on (which it did and worked fine), charging it and then crashing in bed. This morning when I woke up, it wouldn't switch on at all. I read online that I probably short circuited it, so I don't know if there's any point of me waiting it out and letting it dry. | Posted: 27 Oct 2019 12:07 PM PDT So my friend dropped his iphone a couple weeks ago and the screen was broken and not responsive.. when he replaced the screen it worked fine but it seems that he is not able to use wifi or bluetooth.. and the wifi icon is grayed out... i tried resetting the network settings but it didn't help... when he went to a repair shop he said that the phone is fine and there's nothing wrong from the insede (idk he might be lying) Anyone knows how to solve this problem? | iPhone 11 Pro Max major issues Posted: 27 Oct 2019 07:23 AM PDT I have had an IPhone 7 Plus 128g for years since it came out and never a single issue with anything. All the way through iOS 12.4. Every since I got this iPhone 11 Pro Max I have had nothing but issues. To top it off I got this phone because I went android and got a Samsung Galaxy S10 plus and had buyers remorse because I missed my iPhone. I have had way more issues with this 11 pro max than with any other phone. Are you guys having issues with gps losing signal as bad as I am? I upgraded to the 13.2 betas and that fixed my constant calls dropping issue but the gps issue persists. [link] [comments]  |

For some reason my music volume is about two or three notches lower than hers with all headphones used, it's not a headphones issue and I cannot figure out why this has happened.
