    I have an Amazon Prime video account already, but I don't get the option to log in on Apple TV, only the option to buy a $8.99/mo subscription... is this intended?

    Screen saver not coming on in YouTube app...

    Is anyone else experiencing this issue? I have my screen saver set to go off after five minutes. In every other app, if I pause for longer than five minutes, I will see the screen saver. However, when I pause YouTube videos for longer than five minutes, it will just stay on the paused content. I presume this is an issue with the YouTube app?

    Airplay to Apple TV (4th Gen) and an Airplay 1 Speaker Simultaneously from iTunes No Longer Possible After tvOS 13

    Basically the title. Airplay from phone to Apple TV works. Changing my Mac's system audio to the Apple TV works via Airplay. But using iTunes to Airplay my music to my Apple TV and an Airplay 1 speaker at the same time no longer works. Can anyone else test this and confirm they have the same issue?

    Hi All,

    I was wondering if there is anyone who has submitted their broadcasting channel to appletv, I work for a broadcasting company who want to publish their livestream on apple tv, We were able to set it up for roku and firetv but not sure how to begin for appletv.

    Do we need to create an app or is there a way to submit a channel?

    Single sign on—Am I missing something or does it suck?

    Got a new appletv to add to the three others I already have. 30 minutes later and seemingly 300 app authorizations, I am finally done. I turned on single sign on and I still have to authorize each app. Wasn't this supposed to be easier by now?

    tvOS 13 with US iTunes (App Store) account, but non-US account for everything else

    I live in New Zealand. I have a US iTunes account that I load up with iTunes gift cards from a US-based webstore (New Zealand doesn't have TV shows on Apple TV). The US iTunes account is solely used for the Apple TV movie & TV show purchases.

    This also allows me to use the Siri remote as a Siri remote, which is nice (not available in New Zealand either - go figure).

    However, I also have a standard New Zealand account for all other things - app purchases, iCloud, Apple Music, Apple Arcade etc.

    Currently on tvOS 12.4.1, and leave it logged in as the US account, unless I want to put buy a new app or put an app on that I've already purchased on my phone (via the NZ account). I'll switch over to NZ account, install the app, and then switch straight back to the US account.

    I can still remain logged in to my NZ account for things like photos (iCloud) which is great.

    So my question is, is this still a possibility with tvOS 13? From what I've seen on the account screen from screenshots, there's no separate 'App Store' account entry any more, which suggests that I may not be able to any longer mix & match.

    TLDR; What I would like to be able to do is be logged in as a single user, where TV shows & movies use my US account, but iCloud (photos) etc can use the NZ account. Can this be done?

    So Siri on Apple TV is not available in a lot of countries and I understand the reasons for it (but not why Apple is taking so long). In the case of Latin America though, Siri is available in Mexico, but not the rest of Latam. Sure the accent is different, but I would rather have a Mexican accent Siri here than no Siri at all. Furthermore, it's just strange that they don't let me use Siri in English in the meantime. A lot of people use Apple products in English, even if they don't live in an English speaking country.

    I am writing this in case the Apple TV team watches this subreddit. Please open up Siri to more regions!

    For people with HDR televisions, do you use contrast enhancer (I have a Samsung, May be a different name on other brands) for HDR content?

    I usually have contrast enhancer off but I put it on low the other day and it seems like the screen is brighter when viewing movies especially HDR content. Most people say to leave it off, is there a reason for this?

    Apple TV with 65 C9

    Hey guys I know this is probably been posted before but I have an Apple TV 4K that I use with a 65C9 should I keep it on Dolby Vision or just 4K SDR and Content Match on. A lot of the reviews only compare hdr vs Sdr for setting and none talked about Dolby vision.

    Yesterday I realized Apple had all new most recent purchases in Appletv app. I went to purchase history and they were all there also but my total movie count is the same. Any idea what they did and why they did it?

    My apple tv 4k always drop dead with flash LED white light during sleep recently

    Not sure if it's due to the latest ios 13 update or not, but recently, my Apple TV 4K always drop dead with white LED flashed. It always happened when the box was in slept staging. No pattern on how long it will happen, but after the box was slept(LED was off), might be several hours, the white LED will be in flash status, and the box has no response to the remote.

    Once this happen, I have to unplug the power cord from Apple TV and replug it, then the box will be back. And It has absoltely no issues when the box is on, it never went off. White LED flash issue only happen after the box was slept for a while. Very frustrating....

    I tried to reset all contents and restore the firmware, no luck. Anybody with similiar issue on the latest firmware?

    Please don’t upvote. Is using an Apple TV 4K box the same as using the Apple TV app from my iPad and then airplaying it to my TV?

    I have a ps4 that I use for Netflix and Hulu. I'm interested in Apple TV for renting movies in 4K hdr that can't be streamed. Would using the Apple TV app on my iPad to rent a movie in 4K and airplaying it on my TV be the same as buying the Apple TV 4K box?

    Is one option better than the other? Anyone have experience doing this? Do you lose quality in any over AirPlay?
