Looks like the TV app is now supporting Hulu add-on content Posted: 25 Oct 2019 08:22 PM PDT I don't currently have any Hulu add-ons, but I just noticed that Hulu is listed in the "How to Watch" section of shows from networks like HBO, Showtime, etc. I assume this means that if you have any Hulu add-ons, the shows from your add-on subscription should properly support the "Up Next" section now. AirPlay or duplicate audio to Bluetooth speaker? Posted: 25 Oct 2019 12:45 PM PDT Hello all, Rather new to AppleTV and we are having a party soon at our new house. We have the AppleTV plugged into our TV which will broadcast fine but we are looking to replicate that audio to another Bluetooth speaker. Is this possible? Does the speaker have to be AirPlay capable? All of the AirPlay compatible speakers I have found are at minimum $100, is there a cheaper option? Thanks for any help! [link] [comments]
Continue Watching has vanished within the App Posted: 26 Oct 2019 12:05 AM PDT Has this happened to anyone else? Intially just the shelf items before opening the app had gone, but now it's actually gone within the app. [link] [comments]
Posted: 25 Oct 2019 01:58 PM PDT Just what the title says. I'm on iOS 13...I have selected the Live Lyrics button but nothing seems to happen. I used to be able to use this feature so not sure if the update brought a different way of going about this. [link] [comments]
Has any progress been made for building Kodi v18 on Apple TV 4? Posted: 25 Oct 2019 05:40 PM PDT I know that the build system isn't the easiest to port to Apple TV, but I heard a while back that there were developers working on a solution. Any info would be nice. [link] [comments]
Apple Arcade - What the Golf crashing on ATV 4k Posted: 25 Oct 2019 09:21 PM PDT Has anybody tried to play What the Golf on an Apple TV 4k? It simply crashes to home screen for me... [link] [comments]
Can you check if someone uses your icloud account at icloud.com? Posted: 25 Oct 2019 02:30 PM PDT Can you check if someone uses your icloud account at icloud.com? I logged on icloud.com at my friends house, using his ipad. Forgot to sign out. Is it anyway to check to see if he uses it? Or do i have to change the password and force all devices to logg off? Sorting TV shows where a series is one giant season? Posted: 25 Oct 2019 07:05 AM PDT I was excited to install Apple TV on my 4k TCL Roku TV. I have a lot of iTunes purchases and mostly rely on Movies Anywhere, but bought some TV series on sale (The Office, Futurama). On iOS devices, the sorting was always terrible - it treats all 9 or 10 seasons as one giant season with 170 episodes, etc. I was expecting this to be different on Apple TV, and I'm really disappointed it's not the case. Is there any easy way to fix this? Scrolling through 45-100 episodes just to get to a later season is absurd and defeats the purchase, and ATM I regret not buying it on a different service like Vudu. Frame rate matching not working for Dolby Vision content? Posted: 25 Oct 2019 03:13 PM PDT With frame rate matching turned on, any Dolby Vision content causes the Apple TV to switch to 60hz, even if the content is 24 hz content. To test this, I can use Netflix to open any Dolby Vision content. It will play at 24 hz on any Netflix app except the Apple TV Netflix app, which plays at 60 hz (giving the unnatural "soap opera effect" look). The same is true for any iTunes movie I have redeemed that has Dolby Vision. It plays at 60 hz on Apple TV with the "soap opera effect". [link] [comments] |
