Posted: 31 Aug 2019 08:34 AM PDT I'm starting to get really bored with iPhone unfortunately. After being a long time user I've started to find everything dull and I'm seriously considering switching to Android. With that in mind, what are apps you would all recommend to anyone with an iPhone. I want to try and make things feel fresh and try something new. [link] [comments]
Posted: 31 Aug 2019 06:44 AM PDT Question in title. I also have iMazing but I don't see an option in there either. Thanks in advance. [link] [comments]
Posted: 31 Aug 2019 08:31 AM PDT Hey guys, I just got an iPhone and was wondering about the state of Apple Maps vs Google Maps. I've used Google Maps quite a lot on Android before but it's become more and more clunky with more animations and (I think feature bloat), I've also seen it on a friends iPhone, it seems worse than on Android. I am usually using Google Maps for transit and driving to new places. So I would prefer some input on the quality of those two on Apple Maps, since I haven't had a chance to go out of the house yet. Posted: 30 Aug 2019 09:28 PM PDT I've had an iPhone XS 256GB Space Gray Unlocked and have had it since launch last year part of me has missed my Apple Watch although I've enjoyed 'normal' watches. I'm undecided because I love taking photos kind of an amateur but I find the wide angle camera to be exciting but I'm unsure how often I would use it since I don't always take many videos which is when I'd use it the most personally, and if I really want to take a wide angle photo or something similar I just take a panorama. Battery life is still solid at 93% battery health and I get a full day of moderate use. I haven't had any issues with my cellular connectivity and recently switched from AT&T to T-Mobile and its been much improved, I'm also not crazy about the rumored design based on what I've seen, so should I wait til 2020 for iPhones since it will be more polished and even more features plus 5G and just get a new Apple Watch since I'm currently using a Garmin fitness watch although I've had past Apple Watches so I have experience with them. Does anyone know if I can use Siri to make a phone call using Google Voice? Posted: 30 Aug 2019 11:12 PM PDT Either that or place a call with the phone app using my Google Voice number. I ported my main number out to Google Voice. I want to be able to make hands-free phone calls from my main phone number on Google Voice, instead of the random phone number I have assigned to my iPhone. Using "Hey Siri" opens the iPhone app, so does Google Assistant. [link] [comments]
Fastest way to reconnect to Airpods 2 from iPhone X? Posted: 30 Aug 2019 08:48 PM PDT I've already paired (and sync'ed with iCloud). Problem is that when I switch over to connecting my Airpods to my computer, I have to then go back through the Bluetooth menu when I want to get them back on my phone. This is several steps: Settings -> Bluetooth -> Airpods -> Connect. It only takes a second or so once I press 'Connect' but it's a lot of clicks to get there. Is there a faster way? Posted: 30 Aug 2019 04:27 PM PDT Is there any particular reason that Find My iPhone doesn't include some form of "Stolen Mode" alongside "Lost Mode" where users could block their handset being linked to another Apple ID or even be able to continue track the location of the phone after it's been hacked? I recently had mine stolen and it baffles me that the IMEI block hasn't been introduced. [link] [comments]

Anyone experience more typing errors when sizing down an iPhone? Posted: 30 Aug 2019 01:27 PM PDT Previously, I had a plus size iPhone and recently bought a used iPhone X. I noticed I make a lot more mistakes typing on the iPhone X. Anybody else experience something similar? [link] [comments] |
