I've been wanting to install iOS 13 for a while now and have a few questions that I would like to clear with you. I did install dev beta 1 the day it came out but ended up restoring back to iOS 12 the very same day because of the font discrepancies in Apollo, my favourite app.

| Ios13 disables force touch on iphone + new facetime feature only enabled on Xs Posted: 07 Jul 2019 12:52 AM PDT Coming up: 3d touch is gone, new feature when facetime can redraw your eyes like youre looking at the camera only available on Xs models. Facetime feature (only on Xs): https://youtu.be/rFh0cV9nov8 Force touch / 3d touch disabled: Force touch still works per say, you can test it in settings under force touch settings and it works as it did. Changes: 3d touch on home icons, now you have to let go of the button for the context menu to appear. 3d touch on photos or on safari urls will open the preview, but if you let go the preview will still be open. You can now swipe down on the preview when you first 3d touched it to make it dissapear. And you must letgo and click again to open the preview fullscreen. Before you could just peek and pop to go to fullscreen or letgo to close it. We were sold on the X as a premium device. Already on the Xs they had bokeh blur adjustment from the start, fine. But now they're removing features and not enabling software features with new updates? I am a little annoyed... Edit: 3d touch is now the same as longpress across the whole UI. | IphoneX got wet and now it won’t charge. Help please! Posted: 06 Jul 2019 04:45 PM PDT So I forgot my phone by the pool and when someone jumped in, water got in the charging port. It was only for a couple seconds before I moved my phone. Everything on the phone worked fine so I didn't think about it much. I didn't charge it over night just in case but now it's been 24 hours and my phone won't charge. Everything else still works. [link] [comments]  |
