Best way to transfer data/settings to new iPhone Posted: 16 May 2019 07:21 AM PDT Getting a new iPhone XS Max and both it and my old one are using iOS 12.3. I know the three ways to transfer data are using Automatic Setup, using iCloud, and using iTunes. Is it the experience of iPhone users that one way is the best way? I was thinking that perhaps using the iTunes method might be the one best calculated to move all ones data and settings to the new iPhone. Any opinions? [link] [comments] |
Posted: 16 May 2019 03:13 PM PDT From everything I have read, the HEIF format supports both lossy and lossless variations. It also appears that the iPhone when using HEIF is still using lossy with no option to save images in lossless format from the native camera. Is that an accurate statement? [link] [comments] |

Posted: 15 May 2019 07:16 PM PDT Seems like there's some sort of water damage, the charger was put into the port and realized it wasn't charging, came out dirty/black. Tested with headphones and they do work. Cameras work normally. Any idea what can be done to fix this?? [link] [comments] |
