| Downloaded Darts Club game, wife already logged in as the user when I open it Posted: 04 May 2019 10:24 PM PDT So, wife has been playing Darts Club on her phone under her own Apple ID, Game Center, etc. She wants to play against me, so I download the game, open it, go through the click button for TOS and privacy policy, get the Game Center pop up welcoming me to the game, and the main page loads. With my wife's username loaded, nothing for me to create my app account. Any ideas how to fix this? No log out option in the app, settings say disconnected from FB and I can't connect through FB (keeps returning to log in with FB page). [link] [comments]  | ||

Lately, I've been noticing somebody's location is consistently saying x minutes ago (5 min, 7, 11, whatever) when I open the app, but I'm not sure why it's already updated given that I didn't look for their location that amount of time ago. Does anybody know if Tinder specifically causes FindMyFriends to update when it grabs your location? I suspect that might be what's going on, but other apps (i.e. FB, Insta, Snap) don't seem to make FMF update. Does Tinder do this? [link] [comments]  | ||
| iPhone storage and backup issue Posted: 04 May 2019 01:36 PM PDT I have a 64GB iPhone X and recently storage has become a major issue, not because I have too much stuff but I can't seem to wrap my head around how exactly iPhone's local storage, iCloud Drive and backups work. Currently about 40GB of my 64GB is used. iCloud Drive takes around 12GB, WhatsApp takes around 10GB and Photos take around 1.6GB. Rest is taken by other apps like Spotify, Facebook etc. And it seems to be a good day as the infamous System is taking only 6GB today. In addition to that, I have 50GB iCloud storage. The major things I want to keep backed up at all times is WhatsApp and my Photos among other small things like contacts and messages. First of all, I have set my WhatsApp to be backed up daily and I believe it gets backed up to iCloud Drive but the WhatsApp backup is very unreliable. Sometimes it wont backup for days and it seems like WhatsApp doesnt make incremental backups but it makes full backups every time. Anyway, so I guess the 12GB being used by iCloud Drive is my WhatsApp backup but why is the whole iCloud Drive taking space in the phone as well? Isnt the concept of cloud storage wholly based on offloading things from local storage? Secondly, for Photos, I have turned on iCloud Photos so that all my photos are backed up to my iCloud. And I have also turned on Optimize iPhone Storage so that full resolution images are not kept on the phones. However, I cant seem to figure out how can I delete old photos only from my phone but keep them in the iCloud? According to my understanding, deleting them from phone will also delete them from iCloud. Thanks in advance. [link] [comments]  | ||
