    Just to prevent 100's of posts again today about people's jailbreaks not working and Issues signing with 3rd party apps:

    If you use one of the signing services via a third party app to install Uncover on your device, there are 2 assholes on Twitter who are reporting any and every certificate they can to Apple. This is why you're unable to verify right now and this leaves both that app as well as the Uncover app useless. The devs keep getting new certificates but are shut down again within a few hours. It's not a jailbreak problem.

    I'm sure these idiots are going to learn the hard way not to disrupt an entire community, but until they learn their lesson you have to use impactor to sign with your own Apple ID if you have a computer.

    Hey /r/Jailbreak, today I would like to introduce you to my upcoming project: SnapBack.

    SnapBack is an APFS snapshot utility that allows you to manage system snapshots, wether it be creating, deleting or jumping to the snapshot in question.

    The idea is to be Mac OS TimeMachine for iOS.

    You will be able to take snapshot of both the root partition and the var partition so that you can theoretically swap between jailbreak bootstraps at the push of a button and be able to restore installed applications and the like.

    The screenshots are not final as I plan to add a dark theme etc, but I thought I would make a lan upcoming post.

    Now to answer some questions:

    • SnapBack will be free.
    • If you need a full system restore I recommend using succession when it comes out, as SnapBack can only revert to existing snapshots on the device.
    • SnapBack is not as fast as unc0vers restore rootfs as the method SnapBack uses preserves the other snapshots on revert.
    • SnapBack will be open source.
    • SnapBack requires the device to be arm64

    What does it do?

    Delete screenshots via Control Center with a Tinder-like interface.

    • Swipe left to skip screenshot.
    • Swipe right to add screenshot to a queue.
    • Press reset button to reload screenshot queue.
    • Press thrash button to delete screenshots added to the queue
    • Hold Screender CC toggle to select other options.

    • I limited the amount of loaded draggable views to 5 for memory reasons.
    • Based on the feedback I will continue to add features (i.e set the number of loaded draggable views).

    Hello world! This is the first tweak I'm releasing to the public. A couple of friends found this tweak useful, so I decided to share it with the world. I'm doing this as hobby, since I have a lot of free time until I begin my masters in August. Also, that's the reason why all my tweak are going to be FREE.     [Beta] Hue v0.0.1 - Customize iMessage (Gradient Bubbles, Transparent Background)

    Hey guys! Here is a beta release of Hue, a tweak that will let you customize the Messages app the way you like it! This isn't the final release so there is much more to add and probably a few bugs that need to be ironed out. I decided to release this as a beta to get better idea of what features the community would like and to get your thoughts on the settings page and any suggestions to make it more intuitive.

    Notes

    [Discussion] Apple knows we’re jailbroken

    Earlier yesterday, they revoked the certificates of many.

    I could not use [redacted] or [redacted] to download unc0ver b49.

    Now, I cannot update my apps downloaded from the appstore.

    I think Apple is screwing with us.

    Also, someone's reporting certificates to Apple.

    Is anyone else having trouble updating apps or using other means to install unc0ver?

    [Update] Depth Control updates to 2.0!

    As you may (or may not) know, I released a tweak called Shutter Depth Control. This tweak did in fact work, just have many bugs, which include:

    -The entire tweak not activating for random users -iPhone X UI broke, covered by notch -Can't edit portrait photos w/ depth control

    Fortunately , I have fixed all of these issues, as well as renamed the tweak to just "Depth Control".

    Additionally , version 2.0 does not have preferences with the tweak. This is due to the code conflicting with the method used for the preference bundle, as well as it being completely unnecessary. Also, the tweak immediately kills the camera app upon install, so no need to kill it manually.

    This tweak only works for the iPhone 7+, 8+, and X

    You can download the tweak on Bigboss for free :)

    [Update] FlashBack 3.1 - iOS 11 support, Batch Tweak installation, other minor improvements

    Hey everyone, I just pushed FlashBack 3.1 to the PackIX repo, it should be available within the next few hours (assuming they review submissions on Sundays), but here's what it's introducing:

    • iOS 11 support
    • The ability to back up your setups to a DEB. This also adds currently installed tweaks as dependencies, does not require manually typing them in from the user like the CLI version was going to. It also doesn't add (or should not unless they are oddly formatted) any system packages, meaning this can be used to switch between major jailbreaks or update from an iOS 11 jailbreak to an iOS 12 jailbreak.
    • Added a blur to the background to remove the grainy look
    • minor layout improvements, removing obsolete unpackage button, as well as resizing elements for users with different fonts
    • fixed background not appearing on 4.7" devices

    [Update] Xanify - A work-in-progress Spotify Tweak

    This tweak gives users the ability to -

    • Disable Genius/BehindTheLyrics
    • Hide the Device Picker
    • Stop the song duration labels from fading away
    • Spoof the following count
    • Spoof the followers count
    • Pitch Black Now Playing View
    • Fullscreen Now Playing View
    • iPad Rotation on iPhone/iPod (removed in 1.3)
    • (Kinda pointless but) Anti-Jailbreak Detections
    • Hide The Status Bar

    Known Bug(s):

    Don't close the now playing menu if you have the Xanify (in the Spotify settings) prefs open otherwise Spotify will crash. Same goes for some other Spotify tweaks.

    No more bugs cause tweak settings have moved into the Settings app

    1. Tweak has been moved back into the settings app
    2. Hiding the Device picker now works in the new UI
    3. Fixed the Fullscreen album art for the now playing view
    4. Not sure if hiding the Genius/BehindTheLyrics feature works at the moment

    [Request] PearlFinger-like tweak for touch ID

    I know u/gilshahar7 made a tweak called [[PearlFinger]], which shows a middlefinger on your lock screen after face ID detects the wrong face - I'm looking for an alternative (compatible with iOS 12), that works with touch ID

    Updated for iOS 12 , everything functions the same.

    When dnd is turned on by the tweak the dnd notification does not appear on the lock screen but dnd is active. You can verify this in settings and the control center.
